This is the nicest unit we have stayed in at Sand Dwellers. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It felt like we were at home! The beds were so very comfortable and the room darkening shades were perfect. The views from the front and back deck are stunning. This is our 4th year coming to Ocean Isle for my birthday in October and it will not be our last. Cannot wait to book our stay for next year!

Amazing space and location

We loved it! The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen, appliances and dishes were clean and ready to use. We had a quick easy walk to the beach. The kids loved swimming in the pool. This location was convenient and less crowded than the main beaches.

This was such a beautiful condo. Very nicely decorated and clean ! The kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs ! The bedrooms were very spacious , and the beds were comfortable!! ! I love this place!

We’ve stayed in Sand Dwellers condos before but this was our first time in E20 and it’s now my favorite. Beautifully appointed, well stocked with all you need for your stay and of course this is the best location at OIB!

Our family had a great time at this Ocean Isle condo. The location was great with awesome views of the beach. The top floor condo was clean and quiet. This was our first trip to Ocean Isle and we were not disappointed. The beach was so nice and there was plenty of space for everyone. The island also had a good selection of dining and activities. There is a local community playground and park that we visited every night where both our kids loved to play at. This was our first trip to this location but will not be our last.

Amazing condo right on the beach!

I can’t say enough good things about this 2 bedroom condo. The owner thought of every little detail , from the tasteful decor to the pots and pans - one of the best we have come across and we have rented quite a bit from VRBO. The beds and pillows were comfortable, not like some that gave worn out cheap pillows in their rentals. Full sized washer/ dryer, Mere steps to the beach. Highly recommended.

Summer Vacation

Despite Mother Nature not being on our side for our stay, we loved the condo and location! The condo is super cute & updated! My Husband loves to cook and had everything he needed in the fully stocked kitchen! Sheryl was amazing and always so quick to respond! Can’t wait for our next visit here!

Cozy and well organized

Our family of four had a lovely stay this past week. The beds were very cozy and we all slept well. The kitchen was stocked and organized which made cooking and clean up very easy. We loved the location! Getting back and forth to the beach was a cinch. The pool was a game changer and gave our boys options!! We loved exploring on and past the rocks. We would definitely stay here again.

We vacationed here for over 10 years (originally we are from CT and MA) and KNEW this was our retirement spot! We made the right choice! You can do as much or as little as you want - in my case I retired from Procter & Gamble and got into Real Estate here and absolutely love it! No snow, no ice, lower cost of living, close to the cities but not too close and loving it all!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We are both ocean lovers! We grew up going to Long Island Sound and Cape Cod. Had to be near the beach - this property checked all the boxes and we decided to share it with others and stay here only in the off-season! Enjoy the views, the salt water smells and the friendly but not crowded beach! Look to the left and see the "terminal groin" or jetty - it has fixed the beaches and keep the sand here!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Right on the island, there is mini golf, home made ice cream, museums, turtle watching, concert venue (near the mini golf) with free concerts every week in the summer. Every town around has a "nightly" concert and it's all free! Just bring a chair and enjoy yourself. Go next door to Sunset Beach and turn right as you get onto the beach - about a mile down on the right (in a sand dune) is The Kindred Spirit Mail Box - have you read Nicholas Sparks book? It's about this unique spot. Look in the mail box for journals/diaries. It really is unique! Sunset Beach also has a planetarium that's fun for the kid in you or for the kids! During the summer, lots of Farmer's/Craft Markets in both towns. But if the beach is calling you, answer and enjoy!
