We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotlessly clean, the communication with the owner was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better, with direct access to the beach. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning — it made the stay truly special. Everything was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very clean, setup is good in kitchen. We were able to make our meals there. Loved having the beach chairs and toys. Being able to sit in the deck with no bugs and to watch the sunset was great. We used the washer and dryer for towels. This is a good place for a family who wants downtime and can just relax.

100% Recommend! We came to FMB for our daughter's surprise engagement in Bowditch park. We've stayed in different BV units and this one is by far the best. When booking places I look for comfortable furniture and seating because that is important to us...especially during March madness :) And let me say - this place is exactly as described. I don't typically sleep well the first night in different places but the master bed was ah-mazing. One thing that I absolutely loved was the fact that there is an ice maker in the fridge freezer with an extra bin!!!! While this seems minor - we've rented entire homes and condos and have to buy bags of ice. The bar tools were an added bonus! Chuck and Joi have really done a good job down to the littlest of details. In addition they were very responsive when we needed to know how to reset the hot water heater after a power surge. Watching the dolphins from the 7th floor was pretty cool too!

100% recommend! I recently took my two daughters for a quick getaway and we had a great time. The condo is exactly as advertised and super clean. It is also fully stocked with the essentials such as a cooler and beach items. I had a hard time with the key fob entry late at night and the owners were very helpful and responsive (I still feel bad about that!) Keep my reservation for this time next year, I’ll be back!!

Fort Myers Vacation

We stayed at this wonderful beach condo and had a great time. It was very relaxing to sit in the screened porch and watch for dolphins! The beds were so comfortable, i slept like a rioce were able to walk to eat or take a ride for 5, which was cheaper than parking. We ordered door dash easily. We drove to Sanibel island, went to the Edison Ford museum. There was a place down the road that sold amazing bisquit breakfast sandwhiches! There was plenty to do around the area and very friendlt people!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed in the condo and having washer/dryer was so handy. North end is not as busy or congested. Has a free trolley stop next door, or it's an easy walk to Time Square for shops and restaurants.

Couples Getaway

We had an amazing time in Fort Myers Beach. The unit was gorgeous. Perfectly situated at the end of the island. This time of year it was so quiet-we had the beach to ourselves. Chuck thought of everything-we didn't need a thing during our stay. We can't wait to vacation here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

This was such a fun vacation spot. The condo was very clean with a great ocean/sunset view. It accommodated myself, my husband, and my three kids (2, 3, and 4) with ease. During our check-in process VRBO itself was down and I wasn't able to access the instructions. Chuck was so easy to text and get the necessary information right away. I would highly recommend this place!

Staycation

This condo was perfectly located on Fort Meyers Beach. It is 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants. There are jet skis to rent, but the other water sport items are for Pink Shell guests only. As for the condo itself...absolutely perfect! Super-clean and has everything you could possibly need. Chuck is quick to respond to any questions you might have. The free streaming services really came in handy when it was raining.

Paid for Peace & Quiet, Got Noise & ChaosWe paid a premium for the penthouse expecting peace and quiet, but our stay was overshadowed by major, undisclosed construction. We were woken early by loud roof work, had workers right outside our bedroom window on a suspended scaffold, and the pool restrooms were blocked off until midweek. A dumpster was placed beside the pool, and workers loudly threw windows and metal debris into it all day, making the pool anything but relaxing.To make matters worse, both elevators went out at the same time, leaving me (disabled) completely trapped in the unit on the 7th floor. When I raised these issues with the owner, his response was dismissive, saying he couldn’t understand why we had problems since “the people last week didn’t.”While the condo itself was clean and comfortable, the construction noise, loss of amenities, and unsafe elevator outage made this stay very stressful. We would not have booked here had the situation been disclosed. Construction went on until late Wednesday afternoon!

Hello there- we are of course very sorry that the Window and door project was not completed before the beginning of your stay and went on for an additional half week while you were there! We always want people to enjoy their time staying at the beach. It is a bit unfair to say we were 'Dismissive' because we were communicating 3-4x day with you and Paul about this and tried to offer our help, but not all was in our control -- our building had requirements on the workers to keep sound 9-5pm. But, we completely understand your frustration! Also, the elevators were down for less than an hour we're told from a power outage and that is nothing we can control-- your review makes it appear that it was the whole week and it wasn't. Sadly, I think this is just a case of missed expectations for your stay and for that we are very sorry! Hope you had a good time still since the beach anyhow-- our regrets and wish you well in the future! Chuck & Joi
