A spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the heart of Wailea’s resort area. Just a 5-minute walk to Ulua Beach, one of Maui’s best for snorkeling and swimming, this home offers a relaxing tropical retreat with ocean and garden views. Walk to all major Wailea resorts and The Shops at Wailea shopping center.

Features include:

• Free parking, fast Wi-Fi, no daily resort fees

• Two heated pools, hot tub, ocean-view gym, tennis (two rackets are available in the unit), BBQ area, and beautifully landscaped grounds

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything from a NutriBullet blender to sharp knives and wine glasses, perfect for cooking or casual meals. 12 Cup drip coffee maker, filters provided.

• Dining area with seating for six, plus a comfortable living room featuring a 65-inch smart OLED TV, soundbar, books, and board games

• Spacious patio with lounge furniture, and bistro table, ideal for sunset views and ocean breezes

The master bedroom offers a king-size Stearns & Foster mattress, smart TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king, ample storage, and another smart TV. Both bathrooms come with fresh towels and toiletries. The living room has a Queen Size sleeper sofa.

We’ve got you covered with beach essentials, four beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach toys, and snorkel gear. For young children, we provide a pack-and-play, high chair, and stepping stools. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a Samsung washer/dryer and central AC.

This is our second time staying at this lovely beach house! This is a wonderful place! The decorations and furniture are new and very pleasing and the home is very clean! It is one of the cleanest units I have ever stayed in... Kuods to the people that take care of the unit. Great location; youcan walk to wonderful shops and restaurants. The beach is lovely as well! Many thanks for another amazing stay!

Incredible location

My family and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The property was perfect for us and in a fabulous part of Maui. Beaches are ideal for families, safe and peaceful with hotels either side for an afternoon cocktail or evening meals and great shops within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Excellent Place!

This condo was wonderful and had everything we needed for a great week on the islands. I greatly appreciated the beach equipment and basic supplies in the kitchen (trash bags and ziploc bags etc). The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. Overall 5 stars!

We had a lovely stay! This area is absolutely beautiful! The condo was well equipped and very clean. The space was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the view from the patio and it's a short walk to the beach. Our teenage boys enjoyed having Boogie Boards to take down to the beach. The property grounds are well maintained and cared for. Great restaurants and shopping near by. Kate was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We didn't need to communicate w/her much because everything was nicely laid out in the binder. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Complex

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was stocked with everything you could need! Location was perfect! The owners were very quick to respond to any inquiries. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. The complex had great amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Just Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wailea. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We loved walking to restaurants, shopping, beach, pool and our luau. Kate was very responsive for any questions that we had during our stay. The views from the condo were amazing and we loved sitting out on the lanai enjoying the sunsets. Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect vacation!

Simply Perfect

This place is just as listed or even better! Condo has everything you could need for vacation and comfort, including snorkeling gear. Property is beautiful with two pools and the beach a short walk away. Food and shops are near by but not a short walk so I would recommend having a car.

Kate's Condo Is Wonderful

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Kate's condo in Wailea. The condo was recently updated and has everything that you can image. She clearly goes out of her way to make sure that all of her guests enjoy their stay. The condos location is perfect. It's just a short 5 min walk to beach and the sunsets from the condos patio are spectacular. We are already talking about booking her condo for next year.

Lovely location and view

Fantastic stay! Beautiful rental - very clean, brand new kitchen and furniture and well stocked. The view is fabulous and we enjoyed the patio with amazing sunset beach views in a lush private location. We were surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation and the grounds were just fantastic. The beach is great for snorkeling and for soaking. Also - wonderful shopping and dining are just a short walk away. Communication was a breeze and Kate Was very professional and helpful. Just a delightful stay! Thank you very much!

Perfect vacation

The place is well stocked and has a little bit of everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the view is amazing and you feel somewhat secluded. The condo is a great size and the decor is just our style. The hosts are great and promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying at this location. Having a fully furnished condo instead of a regular hotel room is the way to go. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, we were impressed with the lush greenery and wish we could make our landscape very a portion as beautiful as Elua.

Private patio, totally remodeled condo

We had an incredible stay at this beautifully remodeled condo. Every touch was considered and we were so impressed with the details. Best of all was the huge and private patio. Is there anything better than enjoying your coffee while feeling the warm, tropical air and looking at the ocean? The property is stunning, with a perfect beach for our kids to play on. Turtles abound, the waves are perfect for boogie boarding, the sand is so clean and soft it seems fake! We loved the pool too. The pool water is warm, which made for a nice relaxing time. Kate, the owner, was spot on with her communication and made us feel right at home. We hope to return one day!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

Our family (four adults) had a wonderful stay at this unit. The unit owner was extremely responsive and accommodating to us, and the unit itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We really appreciated the fact that it was generously stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. The unit is located at the top of the property complex, with a short downhill walk to Ulua Beach and the Wailea Beach Path. There are barbecues for use located in the parking area right in front of the unit, which made grilling very convenient. Also, it is located very close by The Shops at Wailea, which has restaurants, retail stores, and a gourmet market.

Wonderful gem

The sunset will just stop you in your tracks and to be able to see them from our comfortable patio was awesome! Kate and John's place was filled with such beautiful touches! This unit was so nicely renovated, it felt so homey! The beds and linens makes you want to stay in bed! The kitchen was so well stocked and we really, really appreciated the great quality of knives and pots! The attention to detail was from 2 caring owners! Great aloha ❤️

Maui Getaway

Loved the condo, nice big lanai with great outdoor seating. We stayed for 10 days with 4 adults (2 couples), plenty of space for all of us. Easy walk to beach, pools, eating, shopping or for some exercise! We would definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!!! Thanks so much for the great memories made at your beautiful condo!!!
