This beautiful new home is on the golf course in the gated historical Fort Clark Springs located in Brackettville, TX. Come and enjoy all that Fort Clark Springs has to offer. Fishing in the clear water of Las Moras Creek, playing a round of golf, hunting, hike the trails, go for a swim in the cool waters of the spring fed pool, enjoy a picnic in the park, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the golf course while watching the deer play. There are many options for fun!

The home is a lovely 1440sqft, 3 bedroom/2 bath open floor plan. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms have king beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. The open floorplan provides a warm inviting atmosphere. The house is a smart home utilizing 'Alexa' and internet TV. Stay in touch with friends and family or work online via the guest provided WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Groceries and restaurants are a close commute to Brackettville.

The location and property were great. Enjoyed the home atmosphere, access to the yard, it felt like being home. Everything we needed was there and location was approximately 10 minutes from the event we were attending. Hope this location is available September 2026.

Perfect Brackettville House

We were in town for a family birthday party. This house was absolutely perfect. Great layout, all the amenities we needed and very comfortable. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely be staying. In this place again.

Great little home at Fort Clark Springs

We loved this property. If we ever need to visit Brackettville again, we will be back! The property was nicely decorated and very clean. Our party only used the 2 king bedrooms - the mattresses and bedding were comfortable. The master bathroom is spacious. There was plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The golf course is behind the property, but we never saw anything but deer out there. Great place!

Great place!

This house is beautiful and had plenty of space for myself, my sister and her husband to stay. Check-in and out was pretty straight forward with no surprises. I would definitely stay here again! My only suggestions would be to have some information about Fort Clark Springs in the house. We had some time our last night and drove around to take pictures of the old buildings and would have liked to know more about the history. Also maybe some board games or cards for people who stay.

Fantastic SW Texas getaway

We wanted a home base that gave us the flexibility to visit Seminole Canyon State Park, Lake Amistad, Garner State Park, and Kickapoo State Park. This location was fantastic for that purpose. The Fort Clark Springs community is a great place neighborhood (the old fort area is interesting itself!), and we were greeted on our arrival by a great horned owl on the electrical pole next to the driveway. The turkeys and deer that roamed the golf course behind the property in the mornings were an added plus for us as well. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the house was spotless and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Nice and comfortable stay

Nice and comfortable stay. Lotsa deer morning noon and night. Also saw turkeys hanging around. Recommend ensuring dishwasher soap in unit(pod tub empty under sink). Water cooler was empty. Lastly, we brought Kuereg coffee pods, but unit only had conventional drip coffee maker. We went to Valero for our morning coffee.

This is the second time that my family have reserved this home and each time our stay has been grand. The pictures are an accurate depiction of this property. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. There is not a lot of personal or left over products in the way. Had 12 people for dinner and there was plenty of space for people to sit at table, island or in living room. TV’s easy to use with APS from your phone, I can’t say anything bad about this home….I hope it is available again next year!!!! Thank you Tina for being such reliable hosts.

Fort Clark Holiday

We have previously stayed at the hotel in Fort Clark as well as the duplex next to it. This year for Thanksgiving we rented Tina's place. The home is wonderful! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time we were there but we were able to watch the deer and turkey from the windows. We will definitely be back!
