The space
The various spaces in our home is like something taken from an architectural magazine. Minimalist and modern with a cosy atmosphere. 90 mins from Los Angeles (Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey)

My husband and I work in the film industry and often travel for work so we decided to open our beautiful home that we spent a year renovating to share with like-minded folks. Majority of the furniture and fixtures are custom made and unique. This is our home, there's art on the walls, food in the pantry, supplies in the cupboards. This is not just an air bnb rental but we put all our personal items in a separate storage so you will feel the space is your own.

Private independent entrance on the 1st floor.
Outdoor living awaits you off three decks over the two levels of the house as well as the sunken garden at the front of the house. Inside enjoy open concept living with 20ft ceilings, floor to ceiling windows of eastern, northern and western views of the mountains. Watch the morning sun flood the main interior space with light into the kitchen, dining and lounge.

All amenities includes brand new appliances (Dishwasher, microwave, two fridges and freezer, washer/dryer)

We do not own a tv, however we do have a mounted projector and electronic screen with surround sound for watching your favourite shows or movies in our cinema space on the ground floor level, off the main master bed. This is wired up to apple TV with stereo sound system which guests will be free to use as they please. Streaming platforms include: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ Amazon Prime & ESPN+.

Beautiful custom solid oak dining table sits 6 comfortably. Can accommodate up to x8 people.

Master bedroom includes a kitchenette for tea and coffee and reading nook (see photos)

Both bathrooms have rainfall shower heads, with the master bathroom (spa room) including a brand new egg shaped bathtub and an infrared sauna.

Bedrooms are each unique:
Master bedroom - includes kitchenette. Adjacent to master bath and cinema room with a large south facing deck.
2nd bedroom - "Writers Room" - west facing - on main level includes queen bed and a built in office desk.
3rd bedroom - "Attic Room" includes queen bed and terrific views among treetops.

Office space with 20ft ceilings and apple screens available for guests to use. Also, includes a sofa bed for two additional guests. Maximum 8 people occupancy at all times.

Fast 100mbps high speed wifi throughout the house. We also have a backup wifi router with a separate provider to ensure that internet will always be available.

There is parking for 3 cars outside the front of the house in the driveway.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house aside from a storage room downstairs that's built into the bedroom wall. also access to all decks and garden. Care to be taken on the decks, do not lean against the deck fencing and take care on the spiral staircase.
Other things to note
Guests of the property will have access to the community facilities that include a golf course, outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
