Our 3-bedroom house has the basic things you need for your East Palo Alto trip. The unit comes with heating, Wi-Fi, and self-check-in. Our home is situated in a residential area within the city located in San Mateo County. East Palo Alto is part of the San Francisco Bay Area, situated on the eastern side of the Dumbarton Bridge and neighboring the more affluent city of Palo Alto. The city offers several parks, community centers, and recreational facilities. There are also various community programs focused on education, health, and social services.

The area is served by the Ravenswood City School District, which includes several elementary and middle schools. Additionally, the Sequoia Union High School District serves high school students.

The street is accessible via several major roads, including Highway 101, which connects to other parts of the Bay Area. Public transportation options include buses operated by SamTrans.

Guests access the entire home via lockbox and lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone numbers. Self-check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.

Pet Fee and Rules:
Our standard pet fee of $250 covers only 1 pet. Any extra pet would cost an additional $150/pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property. The backyard is fully fenced.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 3 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 6.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
