Relaxing, comfortable stay

My family had a great stay. It was very clean and quiet. The patio was an awesome place for coffee in the morning while listening to the river, and the location was perfect for our show at Dillion amphitheater. Highly recommend!

Very easy stay and perfect size for three of us (two brothers w/one son/nephew). Unit was well furnished and clean. Very easy access to Silverthorne restaurants and I-70.

Nice place, very convenient

It was a nice 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a nice view of the river. Seeing the hiking trail, you do see a lot of people and no curtains so just cautious when walking out of the bathroom into the bedroom. It was overall quiet, we did a hear a little bit of noise upstairs but nothing to alarming. Bed was a tad hard to our liking but it was a nice, spacious room. My one request would be a humidifier, it gets very dry in the winter. We would stay again. Easy and convenient!

Beautiful 1 Bedroom Condo - Great location

I am giving this property 5 stars, because I would hate to discourage future renters if the owner addresses my issue with the lack of privacy. It is a very nice condo. We stayed in the Blue River Dream condo for 10 nights in September of 2022. It is a beautifully decorated unit steps away from the Blue River. We enjoyed our stay very much. There are a few issues that need to be mentioned, so you can be prepared if you decide to reserve this property. 1. No window coverings on the living room wall of windows - This is a first floor unit, so you have absolutely no privacy. There is a sidewalk immediately on the other side of the fenced patio and there is a walking trail only a few feet away. There were a lot of people walking their dogs at all hours of the day and night while we were there. They can see you sleeping or just sitting on the couch with no light on except the TV. If you want to make yourself a cup of coffee in the morning, you need to be fully dressed because you are on display. I am very surprised this condo is listed as sleeping 4 people when there is no privacy for the people sleeping on the couch. This is a simple fix, so I hope the owner will install some type of window coverings. 2. No dresser or TV in the bedroom - There is a small 3 shelf storage unit in the closet, but this was not adequate for 2 people. We really could have used a dresser since we were staying for an extended period of time. The only reason I mentioned the TV is because of the lack of privacy in the living room. 3. No ironing board or iron - I had a suitcase full of wrinkled clothes and really needed to iron them. I washed and dried everything and hung them up immediately to solve the problem. This condo does not have AC and we were a bit concerned when we decided to reserve the unit. This was not a problem at all. The temperature inside the condo was very comfortable during our entire stay. I contacted Vacasa and asked that the property manager call me, so we could discuss my issues. I never heard from anyone.
