The Space:

This newly built complex provides easy access to seven world class ski resorts: Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Copper, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland.



The open living area offers a comfy couch situated in front of a flat-screen Smart TV and turns into a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa. From here you can access the deck with rocking patio chairs.



Back inside, the dining table is the perfect place to host your favorite meal. With 4 chairs, and a bench it accommodates seating for up to 6. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and more.



There is a shared bathroom off of the living room, with shower/tub combo.



River View Retreat sleeps 6 guests comfortably between 2 bedrooms and the living room sofa sleeper. Each space is fully furnished with cozy linens and decor to compliment the modern theme.



The Master bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a large stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Full/Queen bunk bed, and Smart TV, perfect for kids!



THINGS TO NOTE:

- 1 garage spot, and 1 driveway spot available.

- The garage is not attached.

- No street parking.

- Private washer/dryer in the unit.

- Communal hot tub accessible for use between 10a to 9p.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.



*Please note: This is a new development, and there is still some construction going on. This unit is in the back, and noise shouldn't be an issue.
