Great little place

The property is very nice and tucked away in just the right spot where it’s not super busy. The decorations were nice and calming and it had everything you need besides just groceries. They had a full inventory of dishes and silverware, as well as any appliances you could think of (and even some you may not have thought of). The only negative things were 1) the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned in what seemed like months, and the sheets were not very comfortable. The sheets were kind of scratchy to be honest. The wife and I were overall very pleased with the unit and will be booking again

Will not rent or recommend

There was absolutely nothing about the inability to purchase another wristband. The door didn’t function properly - after 30 minutes of trying to get in and another 15 min wait on hold with the property manager we were told “oh that door sticks”. The linens on the bed smelled as if they were not washed and there was sand in the bed! The dryers didn’t dry things properly. The iron in the room spit out something white all over and expensive shirt of mine and ruined it. Will never stay again!

Dianne, Please accept our sincerest apologies for an improperly cleaned unit. If you had let us know during your stay we would have sent someone immediately to change the linens. We are also sorry about the door and the iron. We will have management look at those. The listing states that, "Top of the Gulf charges a fee of $20.00 for only 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. Visit the on-site HOA main office during office hours upon arrival to purchase." You cannot purchase an additional wristband because the unit sleeps 4 people. You made a reservation for 1 adult and 2 children but you brought 4 kids with you which is more people than this unit can accommodate. We understand how frustrating this must have been but there was nothing we could do. We hope you managed to have some fun on our beautiful beaches.
