Our 50m2 flat is located in the heart of Pagrati, one of the hippest areas of central Athens and is suitable for a max of 4 persons. There is one comfy double bedroom with a wardrobe and an open space kitchen and living room area where two more persons can be accommodated in the double sofa bed. Both rooms offer air conditioning units and have access to the balcony. The flat offers one modern bathroom with a shower cabin and washing machine.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances and dishwasher to help you prepare any meal of the day. Among all the other electrical appliances, you will also find a microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso maker, and filter coffee machine. The dining table is suitable for 4 persons.

Our flat is located in the area of Pagrati, one of the most central and vibrant areas of Athens.

A 20 minutes walk from Syntagma square, a 30’ walk from the Acropolis museum, and next the historic Kallimarmaro Stadium where the 1st modern Olympics took place, the newly renovated National Gallery and the new Modern Art Goulandris Museum.

Our location allows you to explore the city on foot; nevertheless you have access to all the public transport, in order to easily reach the port of Piraeus, the international airport and the seafront of the city.

Pagrati is also popular for its trendy cocktail bars, cafès, modern restaurants, small shops, cinemas. Additionally all kinds of services such as banks, post, pharmacies, hairdressers are right on your feet.
