Great time

Had a wonderful week at this home. Large clean kitchen, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Pool was clean and larger than expected. Only issue was that the pool handle on the stairs was gone and broken off. Only covered by a pvc pipe that stuck out of the water and was a major hazard for our 2 small kids as they could have easily gotten very hurt. Not having a handle was also challenging for my older parents who stayed with us as it was hard to get in and out of the pool. I wish this would have been communicated prior to our stay as we may have chosen a diffrent property.

Addisons

The property was very clean inside the home. Great location to beach & trolly. The pool had wonderful foliage and great privacy. However, the pool needed a vacuum of accumulated dirt with footprints at the bottom.It was skimmed with a net twice by pool service, but waste of money for owners. Primary bedroom was a great size and fantastic bathroom. Two additional bedrooms were extremely small & lacked dressers or anywhere to place clothing or essentials. Closet had six hangers. Do not plan on decent chairs, cooler, umbrella etc. with this home. Rental service did supply 2 new chairs by Thursday of our stay.

Great Time

The duplex was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and appliances for you to cook or make whatever you want. Overall great place To stay for 4-6 people. Wifi works well and it has roku connected all all 3 TVs. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute ride to the Manatee Public beach. Anna Maria island is a overall great place to relax.

Slice of heaven in AMI

Everything was perfect right from the start. We were able to book the property with less than 2 weeks notice and the management team is always very responsive. The property is perfect! We had two adults and two teens so three bedroom and 2 separate bathrooms was plenty of space. Literally right off the beach, located central to all that we love about AMI. The pool space is perfect for taking a break from the beach and enjoying family time. We purchased a few boogie boards and diantre them for the next visitors. Lovely home! Thanks for allowing us to create amazing memories. Until next year AMI💕

Quaint and Cozy Beach House

The renting process was seamless. Property was clean and well stocked. 4 minute walk to the Beach. Clean pool and comfortable sofa! A great place to relax.

Awesome place

We had 6 people and it was small but perfect! Easy access to the beach and a wonderful pool to cool off after a beach day. Would be nice to have a few more towels and kitchen staples (trash bags etc) but we absolutely loved our stay. And since one of our crew is named Addison, it was destiny that we rented. Only note is that the instructions say to NOT take the trash and recycle bins to the street, but the trash people won’t pick up unless it is. So we arrived with both bins already full, and left with both bins full.

Awesome getaway

This was our first time at Holmes Beach, the price was perfect and the home met all of our needs with three children under 6. It was just the right size. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the backyard pool. We would definitely stay at this property again. Communication with the property manager was timely and efficient and answered all of our questions. A+++!!!

Small but Mighty!

We really loved the property and location. It is literally across the street from the beach despite the pictures making it seem like a block or so. The pool was fantastic! If you are the type of person that wants to go to the beach and come home into the pool this place is perfect for you. If you want to go to a coffee shop, gift shop or restaurant be sure to have a bike, golf cart or take the free trolley. There really isn't anything in walking distance which was a bummer. The Property Positives: Very clean, beds were comfortable, pool is great, the showers are awesome, comfortable living room. The Property Negatives: Living space is much smaller than the pictures. It sleeps eight but dining table only for 4, living room couch seating only for 5. Driveway is very small but will hold 2 small vehicles. We had truck with an eight foot bed and had to pull up so close to the plants and had to park at an angle to be sure we were off the sidewalk. Also, the kitchen is not stocked like most other houses I rented. In my experience I usually find the basics in the pantry. Little things like no salt and pepper or even notepads and pens. It wasn't a big deal, I was just surprised. Overall I would rent this place again for sure. The rental staff was great in responding to any needs we had.

Great Island Get Away!

We really enjoyed our stay at Addison’s Beach house, our only complaint is the pool, it was quite green when we checked in and by Tuesday it was really bad. We did call the management company and they took care of it. It was nice and clean and clear by Wednesday afternoon. Great location close to the beach, less than a minute and a BIG plus, we could bring our fur baby with us!

Nice home in a great location, needs better drainage in back pool deck

Property has a great location but too small for 6 adults, not much seating in family room and small kitchen table witch needs updating. We had a lot of rain for the week and the back was not draining properly, it looks as if the drain needs to be cleaned out.

Pretty beach house

Our stay here was great. We had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Grocery store close by and restaurants to. Property Manager was easy to work with. This is our second time staying here. We look forward to staying here again.

Nice Island, house could use some TLC.

We loved the island, loved the people, loved the shops and restaurants. The house was just okay. The house needs a deep cleaning. It was not worth alerting the agency while we were there. The walls need cleaning, the front door had quite a bit of dirt around it. A door knob came off the closet door while we were there, they came a fixed it right away. The blind in the master bedroom was missing a rail. The house is pretty small, seemed bigger in the photos. We didn’t love the location, as it is right off a main road. We did really like the pool, which was a lifesaver since we visited during Red Tide. There were beach chairs piled in the corner by the pool which was nice. The staff at the agency is very friendly and helpful, I just think this particular house needs some TLC. We will be back, just not to this house.

Very peaceful and relaxing get-away and home for couples

Nice area, near beach, comfortable and clean home. Very happy with our decision to stay at Addison's Beach House. The pool area and patio are quite private which we enjoyed. The only downside was the home behind us had a houseful of screaming kids in the pool during some mornings and afternoons - we are assuming it was a rental home. But with so many homes on the island and such a good family vacation area, that's to be expected. And it definitely was quiet in the evenings.

Oasis of comfort steps to beach!

We had a relaxing 2 week stay. Weather could have been warmer but can't blame the house for that. Back yard was great for us to use the pool or grill and secure and large enough for the dogs to roam. Wish the pool would heat up better but the heat pump can't keep up in chilly weather. Yard blocks a lot of sun which you will appreciate in the summer. Finishes inside are great, furniture and beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked...even a waffle maker. I was happy with beach towels and lots of towels in baths as well. Steps to the beach and free trolley or bike made an easy trip to the small town to shop or eat. The property management firm was wonderful....attentive and responsive/helpful...highly recommend Anna Marie Island Accomodations! We will return
