The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

When you return to the home base, the full kitchen awaits the group's chef to whip up a tasty meal on all of the home's appliances. Plus, there is no better way to end each dreamy day than a movie night on the flatscreen TV or a cocktail on the balcony as the stars emerge.

Perched in the heart of all of the action here in Panama City Beach, you won't have to venture far to get a taste of the area like a local. Simply walk from the complex to the various restaurants nearby for a break from the sand and indulge in some fresh seafood. Venture out a bit further, and you can enjoy a round of 18 at Signal Hill Golf Course or head to one of the various amusement parks nearby. If a shopping day is on the agenda, don't hesitate to head over to Pier Par,k sitting just six miles down the coast.
