🛋 The Space 🛋

Step into a bright, thoughtfully designed penthouse with modern finishes, contemporary décor, and ample natural light. Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living area, enjoying a glass of wine on the private balcony, or preparing a meal in the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen, this space is designed for relaxation and convenience.

This is a newly built mixed use modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon.

There are two flights of stairs to access the Ph there is no elevator.

There is a full kitchen with cookware.

We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your Netflix, Amazon, or other subscriptions you may have (we don’t provide cable tv).

Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day (the parking under the building is for our long-term tenants only).

There are two public city parking lots about half a block from our building. One is located about 200ft due east and the other is located about 350 feet west of our building.

But most of our guests prefer to use the free street parking right next to the building.

There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans.

There is a shared laundry room in the building. The access code will be sent in your welcome email.

There is a public EV charging station half a block east of our Penthouse.

The house was very nice with a beautiful view. The seating and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very limited based on other VRBOs I’ve rented. Minimal stock, comparative to a hotel. Coffee, salt/pepper, etc. The television directly faces the large windows making any TV watching impossible during the day. Otherwise everything was lovely and our stay was very nice

Our stay in White Salmon, WA was GREAT! When we arrived and opened up the window shades, the view of Mt. Hood was amazing. The town was quaint, with many small stores and nice restaurants. The patio was perfect as we spent hours outside at night playing cards and enjoying the stars. I would definitely recommend this great apartment.

We did two days, over Labor Day. The property was great. Everything was super clean, great views, great location. No big surprises from the description. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use much. Bed was soft and comfortable.My only dings are a few of the furniture peices, and maybe a little of the lighting. It all looks great, but SOME items were not great for relaxing. I also found some of the dark wall colors "interesting", but not disturbing. It's a cohesive look, so I appreciated it.We didn't have to contact anyone, but I got a few check-ins from the host, and felt that the communication was readily available if needed, but we had zero issues.If we do White Salmon again, I'd consider this property, but might also look at their sister properties, which look interesting as well.Our short stay was very pleasant.

This was a perfect home base for our explorations further up the Columbia Gorge, to nearby cross country skiing at Teacup, and around Hood River. The place was spacious and comfortable and has a stunning view of Mt Hood (when it's clear out!).

The penthouse is amazing! We love the location and the view. We were 1/2 block from the park, about 2 blocks from downtown and able to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. Great views of Mount Hood!
