Perfect house for a big group

Hasan was super easy to work with and very communicative. He met all needs and was always available when I needed to call him for anything. House was amazing and I highly recommend it. Would 100% stay again.

Good stay

We had a good stay at this house. We were originally scheduled to stay at a different property, however, were contacted shortly before the trip that due to plumbing issues we were being moved to this property. The hot tub did not work, even though I stressed having a functioning hot tub in my solicitation for a place to stay. Due to the change in property, I was told we would receive a discount/refund. However, the property manager has yet to provide any updates on this.

Nice House

Had 18 people stay for a festival at this location. Close to a few restaurants and shops with walking distance, notably IHOP, and walmart. Pool & Jacuzzi was not cleaned on arrival but was done next day after check in. Was not given sufficient towels and blankets for 18 people but they promptly gave enough on the same day. Jacuzzi is very nice, hot, and powerful. Lots of parking on driveway and around the quiet neighborhood. Very modern set of washer and dryer. 2 twin cots with pads are considered beds in the 2nd living room. Lots of open space inside and out back patio. Manager is quick to respond and is courteous. Overall a pleasant stay and would consider again.

The good and the bad.

I’ll start with the good stuff first. The home is huge. Lots of space and a completely separate living room with kitchenette was cool even though we never really wandered to that part of the house. The pool and video games were loved by all. The main kitchen is big with lots of space to cook and serve. Things that fell below expectations. First, they were in the process of remodeling the bathroom in the room I personally was staying in. They did give us the heads up which was appreciated but the shower was unusable for the majority of our two night stay. The kitchen though large was missing a couple of essentials but we were able to find a work around. The biggest complaints were the fact that they only offered one towel per person on the property. A place with a pool and no extra towels? So be sure to bring your own. When we brought it up with the host they didn’t offer any solutions. Another item was insufficient bedding. Maybe you don’t think a top sheet is necessary but no mattress cover either. Not great. Finally, the spa was unusable while we were there as it was filled halfway with dirty water. They offered to fix it but never followed through. I have been a host in the past and so I am trying to be as lenient and understanding as possible but some of these things are just so easy to fix. I hope this review and my messages to them will help right the ship. Seeing other reviews with the same complaints however is concerning.

Perfect for a group of friends.

Perfect stay for me and my 7 other friends. Pool was great and clean. Everyone had their own bed. Big and spacious for lounging around. Great location to get a quick Uber to the strip. We will be back for sure!

What a disappointment

We booked this place for our April stay to attend the BTS concert. The property manager called us 1 day before and said the place is flooded and offer another home that he have available. We didn’t have any other choice but to take it. The other house was outdated and is not prepared for guests. They DID NOT have toilet paper, detergent and other supplies when we check in. We have to go to the store and get everything ourselves. The swimming pool was filthy and needed to be clean. The worst part is they lied about giving us a small refund of $125 for the inconvenience. They will not pick up the call, text or VRBO messages. It so little amount of money to be ignoring the customers. I will not recommend booking this place or using the agent of Brilliant Vacay.

Disappointed

I cannot recommend anyone stay here until this listing's many problems are fixed and communication is improved with the owner/rental manager. This property could be a great place to stay but many of the amenities are unusable. The hot tub was half-full of dirty, dark green water, no propane for fire pit or grill, and the green gun for the shooting arcade game doesn't work. We were given 14 towels despite booking the property with 16 guests and given zero hand towels. We asked for more towels and got no response. Also communicated the problem with the hot tub and nothing was done about it. The kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms were clean so at least the hired cleaning crew is doing their job. Overall very disappointed.

Perfect stay

Really great function house, it fit everyone well. Has great amenities for everyone has your pots and pans and forks. Great communication with the host. Close to the strip Uber was perfect. Overall great stay I definitely recommend to stay.

Great family getaway

We had a great trip. The host communication was excellent and very responsive. The home had everything we needed for our two families. The kids enjoyed the games, hot tub, and the park nearby. The furnishings and the layout were comfortable and helped us relax. We loved the location, far enough off strip, but quick and easy access when we went out.

Our stay was fantastic there were a few glitches ( it was way too hot in the house).

The house is very nice , I don’t think it’s enough space for 18 people like advertised but over all I love the house and how quick they responded.

Beautiful

Like a lot of places in Las Vegas the exterior look like any other exterior but the interior is beautiful, clean and very roomy. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Great Place

The place was bigger than expected with a great layout. The property was clean and even had a big buck hunter arcade game! Will be coming back!

Very spacious to accommodate 18 guest comfortably. Pool was clean and outside area was great for a barbecue our family enjoyed.Renting process was easy. Accessing home was easy. Owners were excellent. They communicated through text and responses were fast. They even gave us local suggestions for dining and shopping! Great location as well! Would definitely rent this property again and have already recommended friends and family.Thank you for the stay!
