* Guest Count – The number of guests in the house must always match the number in your reservation.

* Security Cameras – For your safety and ours, security cameras are installed outside the property only.

* Check-In/Check-Out Flexibility – Need an early check-in or late check-out? Please reach out 24 hours in advance. Availability depends on prior reservations and may incur an additional fee. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $100 fee.

* Quiet Hours – Quiet hours start at 9 PM. Per the city’s rules for Airbnb, all backyard activities must end by that time to ensure a peaceful neighborhood.
