Thank you so much for taking the time to share this review. I’m really glad to hear you felt it was a great house and that everything was very clean and well maintained. Our team works hard to keep the home in top shape, so your comments mean a lot. It’s also wonderful to know the location worked well for your ski plans. Being close to the slopes is a big part of what makes this house special, and I’m happy it made your time on the mountain easy and enjoyable. Thank you again for staying with us. We’d be delighted to welcome you back for another ski trip or a visit in a different season.

Great Place to Stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit along with the direct neighboring unit for a family vacation. The unit was very clean and exactly what we expected. Plenty of kitchen items to cook and serve meals. Beds were comfortable. We had a fantastic time. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit but several of the reviews mentioned that so we knew ahead of time. It's worth noting again though. We would 100% go back!!

Thank you so much for the review and for continuing to choose 692 Disciples Village Condo for your family ski trips. Repeat guests like you are the highest compliment to our Boyne Mountain vacation rentals, and we are thrilled to hear you had another nice stay. We love that the true ski in / ski out access continues to work so well for your big family and makes it easy for everyone to come and go from the slopes at their own pace throughout the day. Thank you as well for highlighting the dedicated ski room. We designed that space to keep skis, boards, boots, helmets, and winter gear organized and out of the main living areas, and it is great to know it feels convenient and helps your group stay ready for another run. Our housekeeping team will be glad to hear you always find the condo clean, and our property management staff will appreciate your kind words about being friendly and easy to work with each time you come. We truly value your loyalty and your feedback. It helps future guests feel confident choosing this Disciples Village condo for their own Northern Michigan ski vacations at Boyne Mountain Resort. We look forward to welcoming your family back again for many more ski in / ski out getaways.

My group stays on the Boyne property at least once a year for golf weekends. This specific property was the best we have had yet. Unit was upgraded and Renee from the property management team was easy to work and communicate with. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Cabin Great Location

This is a great cabin for a girls weekend! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean, great location, easy checkin and -out. Fabulous! The only critique is that it should be mentioned how many stairs one must climb to get to the front door! Still a great choice!

Best Location, plenty of space with an awesome ski room!

We will be booking again! The location is a true ski in and ski out, you are on the mountain in seconds. We all fell in love with the huge lower level ski room, plenty of space to store all your gear. Definitely a bonus that now we cannot live without. The property manager was very responsive, addressing all of our questions. We ended up adding on another night last minute because no one wanted to leave. The beds were comfy, which is so nice. Also a fun feature was the built in bench around the kitchen table. It was a really cozy, clean, and roomy place with a great view of the slopes!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the condo very much. Fifth year doing this and this was the best property yet in terms of quality and location. Condo had everything we needed, but could use a sharp knife or two and some upgraded kitchen items. Ski gear area and downstairs living area were great. Can’t beat the view upstairs. Hope to be back next year.

disappointed

The property itself was great, but it was not stocked with nearly enough towels, dishes, pans, etc. It is for 12 people, but not even close to enough things for 12. The worst part is that it had NO grill!! It's the first place up north that I have rented in 20 years with NO GRILL??!! This really was disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for taking the time to review your stay. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the property itself but are truly sorry to learn that certain details impacted your overall experience. We appreciate you pointing out the need for additional towels, dishes, and cookware—our housekeeping and inventory teams have already been notified to review and restock these essentials to ensure future guests have everything needed for a seamless stay. Regarding the absence of a grill, we completely understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, due to Boyne Mountain Resort’s strict fire safety regulations, grills are not permitted at any of our properties within the resort community. These rules are in place to protect all guests and surrounding homes, as open flames present a safety risk in wooded and multi-unit areas. We truly value your comments and your loyalty as someone who has been visiting Northern Michigan for many years. Your insights help us continue to improve and communicate amenities more clearly. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a future stay with Northern Michigan Escapes.

Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, location is a huge consideration in a trip. This condo is right on the Boyneland run and was perfect for two families with five kids. The condo is stocked with a second kitchen in the basement (note, there's a microwave, but not a second stove). The storage in the basement is perfect for skiing in, storing your stuff, and not getting snow everywhere. This condo was great and we would absolutely stay here again. If you want to grill, it does not have that. But I really don't have any complaints. Also, the management is responsive and very helpful.

Very nice but did have some problems

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home. Incredible location. Property is not associated w Boyne Mountain resort so you are on your own if an emergency arises. The hearing element caught on fire twice. No fire extinguishers and thankfully we brought flour to combat the fire. We contacted the property manager twice but did not hear back. We left a message too so they could at least have it checked before the next leader. I will always take a fire extinguisher to future rentals. Silverware was also dirty but we just threw in dishwasher.
