Guest with pets: the building charges a $ 500 non -refundable pet cleaning fee, which is a responsibility of the guest, to be paid before the check - in.

Pets fees : 225 refundable and - 150 cleaning pet fee non refundable.

Lockouts, locks and keys:

- Door entrance Keys: The keys are securities keys, in case of loss keys, there will be a $95 charge and needs to be changed for every electronic door combinations.
- Mail box keys: In case of loss of keys, there will a charge $65.00 (per changed lock).
- If resident finds it necessary to have authorized personnel unlock apartment, there will be a charge of $75.00 due at time of service.
- Resident is prohibited from changing, adding or in any way altering locks installed on the doors of the apartment. Keys are security keys MEDECO and required a special treatment.

Please do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground. You are permitted to keep an ash tray on your patio or balcony. If excessive butts are found around your area you will be subject to a $150 fine.
