Escape to the sand with this cozy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condominium. Found on the 24th floor of Phoenix Orange Beach II, this charming beach retreat sleeps 16. Embrace a beach-style living area with a queen sofa sleeper, tile flooring a large flat-screen television. Stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bathroom has a king sized bed, garden tub with a separate shower, 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedroom all offer two queens sized beds each. Large balcony with plenty of seating for the entire family and breathtaking view from the balcony and only steps from the beach, Phoenix Orange Beach II is a hit for all groups!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Phoenix II Orange Beach unit does not disappoint! Our favorite condo ever!

This property was more than we could have hoped for! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with extra ice machine and large patio with magnificent view of ocean and shore.

Christmas and NYE in Orange Beach

Our family of 8 spent a wonderful time enjoying Orange Beach festivities and beaches. The rental property was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Beds were comfy, spaces were very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We were all very comfortable. Will definitely book again!

Overall ok. Power out in master bed and bath. Pool had to be cleaned in the middle of the day. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Loved corner unit!

The view, from a corner condo unit, was beautiful! Great view of ocean and bay! Place was very well stocked with everything we needed! There was enough space for 7 adults and 9 kids, ( ages 10,8,6,5,5,2,1,4 months, 2months)😊
