Profitez d'un séjour de détente dans un cadre privé, dans le récemment rénové "Villa Jacaranda" avec 3 chambres sur 130 m² de surface habitable et un grand jardin / terrasse (430 m²).

La maison appartient à un bien entretenu, règlement chalet isolé au "Costa Adeje" dans le sud de Tenerife.

L'espace de vie lumineux et ouvert de "Villa Jacaranda" est - divisé cuisine moderne avec les derniers appareils électriques, salle à manger et salle de séjour avec un canapé confortable. De grandes portes-fenêtres apporter la lumière et créer une connexion à l'espace extérieur agréable.

Les deux chambres doubles ont également des portes-fenêtres donnant sur le jardin. La troisième chambre est meublée avec des lits jumeaux. placards spacieux sont disponibles.

Outre la grande grande salle de bains avec baignoire ronde, douche à l'italienne et bidet / WC, il y a une toilette invité supplémentaire.

Le jardin extérieur isolée, avec une belle piscine (réchauffable frais suplementaires), entouré de palmiers et de plantes à fleurs de variétés canarien, est la zone de confort absolu et mobilier ombragé à une petite cuisine extérieure et barbecue fixe est pour manger en plein air. transats également et une douche extérieure sont disponibles.

Everything was perfect! Great location with plenty around- a short distance to restaurants, shops, beaches, Siam and aqualand. The property itself was clean, spacious, private and quiet… the pool and outdoor space was a real highlight!

Nice property with pool away from the madding crowd!

Well appointed property for 6 on one level with a pool which is far enough from all the craziness of the seafront but near enough to join in. Nice kitchen and beds - great TV setup but we never used it!

We had a great time at villa jacaranda, a few weeks niggles which would improve the house and make it 5 stars. Safety concerns regarding the pool let the house down, but some concerns raised were promptly fixed.

Wonderful peaceful villa

Just had a lovely week at this beautiful villa. It feels more like a home than a holiday let with some lovely homely touches. The pool is a great size and quite deep so our adult kids really enjoyed it. There is building work close by but it wasn’t noisy so didn’t disturb us. The hosts are lovely and very responsive to communication. I would gladly return here.

just lovely

Really nice villa with everything you need. Had pool heating and it was lovely temperature. Some nice restaurants nearby as well as supermarket within walking distance. One of bedrooms is off another but it still worked out fine for us. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at this great villa in January and the weather was fantastic. Great villa and the pictures don't do it justice. Pool was great and all the sun loungers were fantastic. Kitchen had every utensil we could ask for. Only slight negative was the size of the garage if using a car, particularly tight but this wasn't really an issue. Around a 20 minute walk down to the beach which was fine and very close to supermarkets. Would highly recommend staying here as a group of friends or family. Will hopefully book again next year.

We would definitely stay again

The location was very good. We were within easy walking distance from grocery shopping and attractions. The convenience of easy access to TF-1 made it easy to commute to other parts of Tenerife. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor area with the pool made for some relaxing afternoons and evenings. While it was just the two of us, the layout of the house made it easy to accomadate more guests. And finally, I can’t say enough about the staff, especially Patrizia. The communication was excellent and proactive. Thank you for ensuring that we had everything we needed for a wonderful time.

Summer break 2024

Property was just as it says and looks in the pictures,everything u need for a short break There is many restaurants with walking distance so it taxis or 5/10 min drive.there is a Chinese,pizza and sushi restaurant near by short walk up the hill there is also a bistro that is amazing for breakfast its next door to the pizza restaurant There was a lot off tiles missing g from around the pool edge which made it look in need off repair also there is only air con in the living room,there is fans in the bedrooms which are very warm

Christmas and New Year

The location of this property was perfect for us as we know the island so well, in the del Duque area. We walked to the beach most days and the supermarket and shopping center is within a 5 minute walk. The villa itself was very well equipped with everything that we needed. The satellite tv was great (usually only English news channels are available) but a good range of sky channels from home were available which came in good use especially as we had a huge storm for a couple of days during our stay. We chose to have the pool heated, which was lovely and warm over Christmas and New Year. Our only issue was that the beds were quite hard but overall we had an amazing stay.

A few niggles but nice little villa

Villa was clean and very peaceful. The bedrooms were very dark and hot as no A/C. Specific instructions were too only put toilet paper down the loo which we did, but after two days the system was blocked and we had to spend a day waiting for that to be sorted. There was a constant leak on the patio somewhere which meant walking through water all the time. Location not great and no taxis seemed to know where it was - a very quiet secluded area which we did enjoy but a bit of a hike to any shops or restaurants. The villa was clean but a bit tired but you get what you pay for. We won’t return. I think the reviews must be edited by the owners as they are all so good and in my opinion quite unrealistic so I’m imagine this review will never appear!

Villa Jacaranda

Recently stayed at this property & had a fabulous holiday. The pictures & listing were very accurate- it’s a stunning property inside & outside. Really lovely villa with everything you need. Kitchen has Loads of crockery, glasses etc. Bathroom & all bedrooms are really spacious. Loads of storage space in bedrooms. One thing to note is 2 of the bedrooms are connected so to get to one you need to go through one but for our party this was not a problem. Outside area is stunning, loads of space to sit, eat & sunbathe. And the villa is in a quiet area. 2 Supermarkets within easy walking distance. Fanabe beach and the main part of the resort is about a 20-25 min walk from the villa where you have a great choice of restaurants and bars, this distance was absolutely fine for ourselves (not too hilly). We had an excellent stay here & loved every minute. Would definitely want to return. Communication was great before & during our stay- could not fault anything. Thank you x

Super séjour d été en famille

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette villa avec piscine au calme. Situé a 15 min a pied des plages et du centre. Proche de l acces autoroute pour visiter l ile. Je recommande vivement cette maison tout confort et agréable à vivre. Anna est a l ecoute et très réactive. Merci.

Gute Unterkunft mit einigen kleinen Mängeln

Gut, allerdings hat der Whirlpool (Badewanne) nicht funktioniert. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer war komplett durchgelegen und der Pool hatte einige fehlende Mosaikfliesen an den Treppenstufen. Man ist im Urlaub und möchte keine Verletzungen. Das sollte bei dem Preis unbedingt erneuert werden.

Ich kann die Bewertung überhaupt nicht verstehen. Es gibt keine Agentur, der Eigentümer ist holi24 und das bin ich. Ich weiss nicht wieso wir die Gäste dürftig betreut haben. Ich hoffe die Kunden sehen sich die andern Bewertungen an. Wir haben nur positive Bewertungen.

Schönes und sehr bequemes Haus

Wir, 5 erwachsene Personen, verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Villa Jacaranda. Die Villa ist sehr beuem, sauber, der Pool war ein Hit, die Garage sorgte für kaltes Auto trotz Wärme draußen. Es war auch ein sehr guter Ort für die zahlreichen Ausflüge auf ganz Teneriffa. Sehr gern empfehlen wir einen Urlaub dort.

Traumhaus mit klitzekleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen mit der Familie (davon 2 Kinder) in dem Haus verbracht und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein und der beheizte Pool hat auch bei 22° C Außentemperatur zum Baden ein. Ein paar klitzekleine Schönheitsfehler hatte das Haus: So z. B. eine auf dem Boden schleifende Tür zum Bad, die einen Tischlerbesuch brauchen würde. In der Küche haben wir so simple Dinge wie kleine Schüsseln für die Cornflakes vermisst. Aber das ist wohl Jammern auf ziemlich hohem Niveau. :-) Super Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite stand. Wir würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
