Villa Ametista est située dans un quartier trÚs calme et paisible. La maison est à seulement 3,5 m / 4 minutes en voiture des supermarchés les plus proches (Lidl et Mercadona). Lidl est également ouvert le dimanche. L'autoroute est également à 4 minutes en voiture, ce qui conduit aux principales villes du sud de Tenerife.

La plage la plus proche (Playa de la Caleta) est Ă  9 minutes en voiture.

La maison est une maison à un étage. Il y a 2 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes, 1 en suite et l'autre indépendante. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. Le Wi-Fi est illimité et exclusif pour une utilisation. Le téléviseur est Smart-TV et est connecté au réseau Wi-Fi.

La piscine est totalement privĂ©e et dispose d'un systĂšme de chauffage. La taille de la piscine est: 6m x 3m; profondeur de 1,40 m Ă  1,75 m. La piscine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une couverture Ă©lectrique chauffante. Le systĂšme de chauffage de la piscine se met en marche d'octobre Ă  juin et fonctionne automatiquement de 9h00 Ă  17h00. Il est Ă©galement possible de le mettre en service 24h / 24 avec un supplĂ©ment de 10 euros par jour. Le chauffage de la piscine peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre mis en service en Ă©tĂ©, 10 euros par jour, de 9h00 Ă  17h00 et pour 15 euros par jour 24h / 24.

Il y a deux endroits oĂč ils peuvent manger, un Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et un Ă  l'extĂ©rieur; Les deux sont trĂšs proches de la cuisine. Il y a aussi un barbecue.

Nous avons des lits bébé et des chaises hautes (demandez la disponibilité lors de la réservation de la maison).

Le service d'entretien de la piscine et du jardin se fait une fois par semaine.

Alessandro was a model landlord. He was extremely reactive to any question or issue. He was also a very pleasant young man. The property was 1st rate with a great view towards the sea and Adeje. Be aware that a car is required.

Villa is in a tranquil location. Grocery store is just a few min away with car. Lidl, but with ok offer off products. Host Alessandro vas always available and willing to solve any problem. Kitchens cookware needs upgrade, towels and pilows need to be changed. Sunbeds er broken. Was nice with heated pool. Overall villa is nice, just need some touch off coziness.

Just a heads up the google maps direction takes you to villa next door, so make sure with that if you book. But other than that a great villa. Good communication from the host when needed.

Nice villa, but with a few fundamental issues. The property is furnished to a high standard throughout and matches the photos shown on Vrbo. However, several problems let it down. Firstly, there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. I recognise that this isn’t explicitly stated in the listing, but one would assume that air conditioning would be installed in the most useful areas - not just in the living room / kitchen area. To give credit where it’s due, Alessandro was always available and willing to help, including responding to our request for electric fans for the bedrooms (although only one fan was provided). Another issue was the pool, which had an unpleasant green colour and was unfortunately unusable throughout our stay. Although the pool company did attempt to resolve the problem, it was not fixed before our departure.The bedding and towels inside the villa also need to be replaced urgently since they are old and worn, as mentioned by previous guests. The villa is regularly visited by several local cats. We suggest that Alessandro advises guests on arrival not to feed them - we only learned about this 3 days into our stay, by which time we had already purchased some food for them. While these issues didn’t completely spoil our holiday, it was frustrating to encounter them when our main goal was simply to relax. Sadly, we regret that we won’t be returning.

Das Haus hatte einen schönen Meerblick. Die KĂŒche war komplett ausgestattet. Um das Haus war alles grĂŒn mit Blumen und Pflanzen. Es können bis zu zwei Autos auf dem Hof parken. Der Pool war nicht sehr groß aber wir konnten mit 2 Personen gut schwimmen. Ab und zu bekamen wir Besuch von einer Katze.

We had a wonderful stay in Alessandro’s villa. The location is a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the main seafront but easily in reach of all the main sites (in only around 10-15 mins drive). If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with your family then look no further. It is a very well kept property with a modern feel and with the options to self cater (BBQ etc) or to visit plenty of close by restaurants. We look forward to returning!

Lovely villa

The villa was perfect for what we were looking for. A lovely chilled out place with everything you need. The villa is nice and spacious inside with a modern kitchen. Mostly everything you need utensils wise. Pots pans etc but could do with a couple of oven trays to cook on. Ale the property manager was very helpful with any issues we had (we didn’t really have any) but very helpful and responsive to contact us. You definitely need a car but we always hire one in advance from the airport so wasn’t an issue for us. The road leading up to the villa is a windy road but nicely tarmac but a short one track road off the main road to the villa but no issues as it only leads to a few villas. The villa is very private and quiet with a lovely pool and sun loungers. There’s A lovely area outside for eating and a charcoal BBQ to use. Towels were provided and pool towels. No welcome basket so make sure to stop off on the way from the airport to get supplies, luckily we did. There’s a Aldi and Lidl right at the bottom of the hill from the villa so you’ll pass those on your way so easy enough to grad some supplies etc. overall the villas great, we had a fabulous 10 days holiday without the kids just me and the husband. We will definitely return. The airport is only about 25 mins away. You can get to Adeje in 10 mins by car about 15 minutes to Las Americas. Parking awful so we parked in the underground parking mostly but some are pretty cheap.

Sehr schönes Haus und gut eingerichtet

War alles in Ordnung und die Beschreibung des Objektes passt auch gut. Einzig muss man in Kauf nehmen, dass man immer auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Stand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber ganz in der NÀhe.

A very spacious and comfortable villa with a good sized (private) pool. You’ll need a car, of course, but you’re only a short drive away from lots of small town with plenty of decent restaurant options.

This property was really excellent inside and out and the host was very helpful and easy to contact. There are not many villas which work so well and particularly the kitchen. Loved eating outside. The elevated location was invigorating, had wonderful views and was a welcome change from the coast, but the road to the villa could be a little challenging.

Amazing once again

This is our second visit here and once again we were delighted with our stay. We stay in other properties 5-6 times a year and this is by far one of the best. Ale who manages the property is attentive and friendly and the area is quiet and the property lovely. We would definitely recommend and will be coming back again ourselves.

Wonderful Villa with Stunning Views and Great Privacy

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The property itself is beautiful, with a nice heated pool and lovely views that made our mornings and evenings truly special. The villa was well-maintained and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note is that once you’re up there, getting down without a car can be a bit challenging. We found ourselves relying on cabs, which can add up over time. However, if you value privacy and enjoy staying in one place, this villa is perfect. Communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway.
