Belle maison pour 4p. Piscine privée chauffée, Wi-Fi, à 9min de la plage

Villa Ametista est située dans un quartier très calme et paisible. La maison est à seulement 3,5 m / 4 minutes en voiture des supermarchés les plus proches (Lidl et Mercadona). Lidl est également ouvert le dimanche. L'autoroute est également à 4 minutes en voiture, ce qui conduit aux principales villes du sud de Tenerife.

La plage la plus proche (Playa de la Caleta) est à 9 minutes en voiture.

La maison est une maison à un étage. Il y a 2 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, 1 en suite et l'autre indépendante. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. Le Wi-Fi est illimité et exclusif pour une utilisation. Le téléviseur est Smart-TV et est connecté au réseau Wi-Fi.

La piscine est totalement privée et dispose d'un système de chauffage. La taille de la piscine est: 6m x 3m; profondeur de 1,40 m à 1,75 m. La piscine est équipée d'une couverture électrique chauffante. Le système de chauffage de la piscine se met en marche d'octobre à juin et fonctionne automatiquement de 9h00 à 17h00. Il est également possible de le mettre en service 24h / 24 avec un supplément de 10 euros par jour. Le chauffage de la piscine peut également être mis en service en été, 10 euros par jour, de 9h00 à 17h00 et pour 15 euros par jour 24h / 24.

Il y a deux endroits où ils peuvent manger, un à l'intérieur et un à l'extérieur; Les deux sont très proches de la cuisine. Il y a aussi un barbecue.

Nous avons des lits bébé et des chaises hautes (demandez la disponibilité lors de la réservation de la maison).

Le service d'entretien de la piscine et du jardin se fait une fois par semaine.

Alessandro was a model landlord. He was extremely reactive to any question or issue. He was also a very pleasant young man. The property was 1st rate with a great view towards the sea and Adeje. Be aware that a car is required.

Villa is in a tranquil location. Grocery store is just a few min away with car. Lidl, but with ok offer off products. Host Alessandro vas always available and willing to solve any problem. Kitchens cookware needs upgrade, towels and pilows need to be changed. Sunbeds er broken. Was nice with heated pool. Overall villa is nice, just need some touch off coziness.

Just a heads up the google maps direction takes you to villa next door, so make sure with that if you book. But other than that a great villa. Good communication from the host when needed.

We had a wonderful stay in Alessandro’s villa. The location is a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the main seafront but easily in reach of all the main sites (in only around 10-15 mins drive). If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with your family then look no further. It is a very well kept property with a modern feel and with the options to self cater (BBQ etc) or to visit plenty of close by restaurants. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our time there, the pool was wonderful, we had everything we needed. The owner was also really helpful and quickly sorted any issues we had. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, self catering stay in Tenerife.

Amazing once again

This is our second visit here and once again we were delighted with our stay. We stay in other properties 5-6 times a year and this is by far one of the best. Ale who manages the property is attentive and friendly and the area is quiet and the property lovely. We would definitely recommend and will be coming back again ourselves.

We were very pleased with the villa it was spotless and very comfortable and it's in a perfect peaceful area out of the centre but not too far away , but you do need a hire car if staying there would definiitely recommend this villa youll not be disappointed, owner is very helpful and always on hand if needed , I will stay again in the future.

Very nice location, far from beaches' big, noisy hotels... but close enough to reach the beaches by car in less than 10 min. Very calm. Property is big and clean. Pool is 6x3m, perfect to relax and play. Renter is nice and always quick to respond.

Beautiful villa with lots to offer

Beautiful villa in a quiet and pretty area. The villas and even the road outside are well maintained. View of the sea and La Gomera from the garden, which gets sun all day and a view of the sunset in the evening. A 5 min drive to shops, and well placed for exploring the island. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. It was confusing to find at first though as the house number wasn't in the check-in info!

This property was really excellent inside and out and the host was very helpful and easy to contact. There are not many villas which work so well and particularly the kitchen. Loved eating outside. The elevated location was invigorating, had wonderful views and was a welcome change from the coast, but the road to the villa could be a little challenging.

Beautiful Villa

We spent a week at this beautiful villa Ametista and really enjoyed the peace, tranquility and the fantastic view. The villa is so modern with everything that you need for your stay. The pool was great and outside area well maintained. We would definitely recommend a car as it’s a fair way up the hill. We really hope to get back back next year.

Fantastic property

Just wanted to say how beautiful this villa was exactly matching the description ,the location and setting.The owner was v kind and responsive. The pool is an absolute bonus and the views from the villa are amazing. My only suggestion is car is a must for moving around the mountain and exploring the neighbouring area. We would love to go back again perhaps in the cooler months. Our first time in Tenerife and we had a wonderful time!

Peaceful getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing vacation. The villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. Note there are no UK tv channels. As location is mountainside a car is essential. We’ll be returning in 2024.
