Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. The quaint mining town of Park City, Utah, is now an internationally-renowned vacation destination and home to Marriott's Summit Watch. This exclusive Park City resort offers prime access to three ski resort areas for exhilarating skiing, hiking & biking, as well as other attractions & historic landmarks. The Marriott Summit Watch resort provides all-season fun with a heated indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpools, a fitness center, and daily family activities. Located downtown, just a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift, this property could not be more conveniently located! Also just steps away from Park City's free town shuttle, which services the whole Park City area.

50 a day extra to remove the trash, make the bed and get new towels!

I was surprised that this room did not include any services such as cleaning and towels. This was 50 a day extra! Perhaps I was not wise enough to know that in advance.

Great Location

Located roughly 50 steps to the Town Lift and close to all bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Very clean and well updated. Technically sleeps 4 with a queen and pull out couch. While possible, that may be tight for 4 adults as there is only 1 bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointing facility

Condo looked like a motel six room with minimal facilities, thermostat problems, front desk who was polite but had little knowledge of ow to address problems. Moved after 2nd of night of a 4 night booking to a nice facility even though we had paid for 4 nights. Suggest you refer clients to other locations. Raised questions for us if we should use VBRO again.

Efficient for Sundance and skiing

The recreation area was a bit messy and the hot tubs weren't esp hot; the one I used was over-chlorinated. But the property was incredibly convenient to Park City skiing. The rooms were also a bit small, but reasonably functional.

Town lift is a 30 second walk some of the best restaurants are at your finger tips no need to take a bus unless you want to go to Deer Valley which the bus stop was directly across the street the room was perfect for a couple we will definitely be back

Extremely disappointed

Do not book here unless you have the ability to predict any unforeseen emergency. For personal reasons, my family wanted to take a trip to Salt Lake City. We thought it would be a great family experience to take the kids skiing in Park City while we were there. Unfortunately, my mom, the kids grandma, had a stroke the night before we were supposed to go. Needless to say we were unable to go on the trip. The property manager’s, VacationCandy, response to my request to simply reschedule the visit to a later date was cold and unwilling to help in anyway. After several email exchanges, they agreed to apply their $500 commission to my next visit, but I am still out close to $4,000, and that assumes I would ever use them again. The summary of their conversation was I should have bought insurance. My experience with travel insurance has been terrible and I highly doubt this would have been covered. Would love to hear from others who might have had a similar situation and the trip was in fact covered by the insurance.

Marriott Summit Watch Studio

Easy check in with all benefits of a vacation club guest. Only a 30 second walk to ski valet and another 30 sec to town lift. Very clean and perfect size fridge for breakfast foods. Easy parking right in garage below and all the apres ski charm of Main Street right outside the door. Much more convenient than other nearby hotels if you want ski in and ski out with the night life experience. Would def stay there again.

Location and ammeneties

Location is Steller along with Anne ties offered by property, hot tub pool gym grab and go. Just an FYI bridges cafe at the bridge is great. Although as a Spaniard the Tapas place was about as far removed from Anything I’ve ever eaten in Spain as possible. We will definitely be back

Adult Last Min Ski trip

This property is downtown and has the best location for all the restaurants and bars. You also have great access to skiing by the town lift. 2 min walk to slopes.

Location!!!

Cannot beat the location of this hotel. Steps away from the rental shops, town lift, restaurants, and shopping. Our room was comfortable, provided peace and quiet, and was very close to the hot tub and pool.
