This rental was just newly purchased and renovated. Fully renovated basement great for family nights and games .Nice and relaxing pool area with beautiful private back yard perfect for any family. Big spacious side of the yard perfect for any sport, volleyball, football ,soccer or any sport, you name it!

The home has 2 beautiful nice spaced kitchens. One upstairs with two living areas and a nice fireplace in the dining area. . One with a television that leads to the deck to the pool area. The kitchen downstairs also has a door that leads to the pool area.

Nice heated salt water pool with a nice hot tub. There are security cameras that cover the pool and hot tub and pool equipment. The security cameras all of outdoor property expect outdoor shower.

This home is located in the perfect area on the Cape! Less than five miles away from the beach. Close to malls and downtown Hyannis!

This is the second time renting this beautiful home. We had a mixed group of older and younger kids and the downstairs was perfect for hanging out. We loved the pool, hot tub, and cornhole and spent the majority of our days just enjoying the house. Close to mini golf, the beach, and good restaurants. We plan to stay here again!

Awesome vacation home. Immaculately clean, plenty of room for the children and adults. The pool and hot tub were amazing.Great location for all our travels up and down the cape. The outdoor shower is fantastic to rinse off after beach days. The host is also fantastic and responsive to questions. All in all this was a memorable vacation !

Perfect oasis

The check in process was great and the communication was quick and friendly. We were able to check in early. It was the most well stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed in! The a/c worked great and the pool and spa were a perfect way to keep the kids happy. Would highly recommend

Great house

My family and I stayed for a week. It fit my family of 10 easily. The house is well maintained. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The host was great and got back to us quickly. It very convenient location. We can't wait to go back next year

Perfect summer home

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. The house and yard were beautiful. Everything was very clean. I was able to communicate with the property manager with ease and there was always a quick helpful response. Will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Bach Weekend!!!!

My 12 friends and I stayed at Claude's property for Memorial Day Weekend & my Bach weekend and loved every minute of it! The property was extremely clean when we arrived, including each room & bathroom. The backyard was perfect for our large group of people- we had a professional picnic company set up in the side yard, had a hibachi chef cook in the side yard as well, used the fire pit on the cool evenings & had a large BBQ cookout! We comfortably fit all 13 of us in this home. I would highly recommend staying at this property for large friend or family gatherings on the Cape! So close to the airport and the mall, and just a short drive to downtown Hyannis, Mayflower Beach, and even workout classes (highly recommend Evoke Power for hot Pilates)! We cannot say enough great things about this property! Thank you Claude!

Family getaway

My mother (76) rented the house for us to come with our families and children. There was plenty of room for us all to stay. The house was very clean and organized. The back yard was amazing. We spent most of our time in the pool or at the fire pit. Would definitely rent it again.

We had such a great week here! The pool and hot tub were a hit with our group of kids and adults. The house is immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Great stay for rest & entertaining

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Starting wit the house- it is very spacious, clean and homey. We had a larger party of 13 adults and everyone slept comfortably. The house is designed for entertaining with a large, clean hot tub and pool. The yard is perfect for kids or adults with a lot of room for activities. The host was quick to respond, very accommodating and an overall pleasure to work with. Thanks for all the accommodations during our stay.

Unforgettable Weekend!

We could not stop saying how perfect this house was for our gathering of friends! We had 13 total people staying the night at the house with a few others dropping by for the day and it was just the perfect house to host everyone comfortably. We could have had 2-3 more folks stay the night and it would have been fine. The pool and hot tub space was so perfect we never left the backyard all weekend and got to enjoy playing inside with the pool table when folks wanted out of the sun. The basement was so much roomier than we expected and just had the chance to really enjoy your own space. I would 100% recommend renting this house for a larger group and will stay here again if we get a similar group together. Would suggest going to Old Kings Coffeehouse, checking out downtown for a nice stroll and if the group is up for it Treehouse Brewery was our favorite stop 20 min away from the house. The entire group just loved this stay!

Forever Memories

We traveled about 8 hours and got to the property earlier then our scheduled check in. The host was very gracious and allowed us to check in early. The home was extremely comfortable and well kept. My family enjoyed the back yard and pool so much we spent our entire last day on the property. Just an excellent stay and Host ! Highly recommend !

Great house and host!

My family and I stayed at this home for a week for our summer vacation on the Cape. The home was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and outdoor space. The family friendly beaches that we went to were about 2- 30 minutes away, but there are closer beaches. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on the Cape. The owner was very flexible with some changes that we had to make to our reservation and very responsive with any questions that we had.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. Not sure what the one review saying there was a weird smell because we did not notice this. The pool and hot tub were perfect! House was very clean. Very convenient to restaurants and such in Hyannis but quiet little neighborhood. Host was very responsive but we didn’t really need much. Both kitchens stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Bathrooms very nice. Rooms were a good size for us. We spent almost our whole stay at the house since it was so comfy and had everything we needed to relax. Thanks for a great stay!!!

This Cape House Did Not Disappoint!

The first time staying on the Cape and we didn’t know what to expect or where to stay. We found this gem of a house and it was perfect. A lovely CLEAN home, with all the amenities. The backyard was perfection for our group and allowed for us to spend most of our time outside. I would highly recommend this VRBO and we will be back!

FANTASTIC Place

We absolutely loved our stay here. The outdoor space is beautiful - we loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. There are security cameras outside, but we were notified ahead of time and it was not an issue for us at all. The host is extremely responsive and helpful if you have any issues - plenty of parking, the home is clean and has plenty of space for large groups. Central air was a huge bonus to beat the summer heat. We hope to make this an annual trip!
