The main entrance leads to a split level stairway offering access to both levels. The upper level Kitchen features beautiful cabinetry, tile work & granite counters and opens to the Dining & Living areas with horizon views of the water. A slider off the Dining area opens to the deck complete with gas grill, outdoor seating and stairway down to the small back yard. 3 Bedrooms (all with spacious closets, bureaus & ceiling fans) and a newly remodeled full Bath complete the upper level.

The lower level can be accessed by the main entry, a separate front entrance, or a 3rd entrance from the back yard, where there's a small patio and enclosed outdoor shower. This level includes a Den with Laundry area, 2 additional Bedrooms and another full Bath, perfect for extended family or just extra friends for the kids.

You'll be cool and comfortable with new Minisplit AC units on both levels. Mature plantings surround the home and yard, creating privacy and a wonderful sense of being immersed in nature. Association beach is just a few houses away, a quick walk via a private path across the street or short drive to the parking area.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
