The place was very cool, only thing and I realuze these places get lots of use but a few things needed attention one of the beds on the lower level was defective. Also the toilet seat was broken off the front kitchen was broken and some lights were burnt out. They said someone was going to stop by and look into it but I never saw anyone.

Great Location

The property is close enough to the downtown area but just far enough away. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance. This property did not disappoint.

Great house, but it needs some maintenance. Ice maker didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t close. Great neighborhood bars/ restaurants.

Fantastic Place!

Super cool building! Great for 4 couples enjoying Nashville. We all really enjoyed the rooftop patio during the evenings. Highly recommend staying here.

Quality furnishings and finishes throughout. Location is convenient to everything. Nightclub next door is a little noisy in the master suite. I would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, worth it for the conveniences.

Weekend getaway celebration

Beautiful place. A few restaurants and bars in walking distance made it a nice Friday evening, this place with the roof deck made it nice to come back and hang out with friends. Short Uber rides into downtown on Saturday to eat and celebrate. Great weekend. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Gréât modern property! Plenty of space. Perfect for my stay since I didn’t want to be right in downtown Nashville but wanted to be close. Private Roof top space with city view a huge plus. Host responded quickly when I could figure out door lock! Would definitely stay there again.

A little furthers away from the city then we had anticipated however there were lots of local things to do in the neighborhood within walking distance on the nights we wanted low key and a change from broadway. The house has spectacular views and was beautiful inside and out‼️

Best Music City Stay Ever

This property is fabulous. Very clean, comfortable and in a great area. The location is minutes away from anything you want to see in the gulch and downtown area. The master bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom is huge. Plenty of sleeping options for others. The deck is out of this world, giving you a spectacular night time view of the city. I was very happy and would choose this rental again.

Nice place, great location

Return trip to Nashville celebrating 21st birthdays, also return trip to this VRBO, great hosts. Downfall was the heavy construction all around the building, they start early! Did not know that. No sleeping that was rough. Had internet issues, but overall great place. Would go back as long as construction done.

My daughter got married . I had my friend since high school , family , and squeezed in 1 from Florida so she didn’t miss the wedding because of the hurricane . The home was beautiful! We had 1 small snafu, texted the home owner and it was fixed in no time !!

Girls' weekend

We enjoyed our stay in this house with a great rooftop terrace! We do wish the main living level had shades on all the windows as we had a person sleeping on the couch. The shade in the primary bedroom is broken and could not be pulled all the way down. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and could not accommodate our group of 7 to sit around comfortably and talk. Overall, it is a great place to stay and great location. Loved all the bedrooms and the 2-car garage.

Beautiful home!

The pictures do not lie, it is an amazing property! Check-in was easy, communication was great from property manager. Could've used a few more towels but everything else was there for us. The kitchen was gorgeous and seemed well-equiped but we were unfortunately not there long enough to cook. Rooftop looked like a lot of fun but weather was too cold & windy to enjoy it. Uber was easy to downtown, coffee shop and brewery literally right around the corner. Only negative was the bar right outside that played loud music until 3am Saturday but not the fault of the homeowner and a younger crowd might not mind.

Beautiful place

Great house awesome views..... Lot construction on all three sides of complex.. waking up at 7am everyday to loud pounding was rough after night downtown....Difficult to get UBER or Lyft rides since main road was closed during morning and afternoon.. Trash on side of road looks to not be picked up for multiple weeks.....Door gets stuck and it's difficult to lock the door mechanism.. Water pressure was low in master bath.... overall lovely house with a great view

It is going to be hard to describe how great this spot is. If you are looking for a spot in Nashville for 6-8+ people this is it. A better place does not exist, IMHO. The 2 car garage alone saves you $35 a night per car and street parking is free, (This alone saved us $300) The Lyft ride to Broadway/all the action is $8-$10 max. Lets talk about the house. 4 full bedrooms, all with in-suite baths. The bottom level room has 2 queen beds, so a great spot for all the kids. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen and the Master and top floor have a King and a Queen respectively. The master is huge with double sinks, huge shower and water closet. All the towels, linens, pillows, etc you need too. PLUS a full size washer/dryer with All Free liquid to do laundry. ( Again saved on packing since I did quick loads at nighttime) The kitchen would make Wolfgang Puck smile. 6 burner Wolf with flat top. Commercial hood, and double ovens. All GAS! The kitchen has all you need to make tuna fish sandwiches or Seared Ahi tune with wasabi glaze. Full size subzero fridge/freezer (no ice maker so get ice!!) so you can stock and pregame before hitting the bars. The rooftop deck has a gas fire pit, bar, a grill and a view of Nashville. Party on Garth! The place was spotless, too. I really can't say anything negative but so you know I am legit I will try. The lights are weird. Push button not switches and a little hard to figure out what works what. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, but does not work. I assume safety since they are somewhat complicated if you do not have one and having guest blowing up is worse for reviews than a non-working fireplace. THAT IS IT! Light switches are weird, and the fireplace didn't work. A TINY price to pay for the best large spot in Nashville. Book this place for any trip and especially with a large group. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
