"Lucky Charm" is a secluded and inviting cabin tucked away in the woods that offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. With your own private outdoor oasis and just a short drive from the Parkway, this cabin is the perfect destination for your next getaway to the Smoky Mountains. The cabin boasts a spacious open-plan main floor, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two seasonal (Oct 1 - April 1) wood-burning fireplaces, a game room with a shuffleboard and arcade game, and extra living space. The cabin also features a hot tub and fire pit, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. Additionally, the cabin is easily accessible with a paved driveway and flat parking, making it the perfect choice for guests of all ages. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this large cabin has everything you need for the ultimate Smoky Mountain vacation.

*You must be 25 years of age*

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

The cabin was clean and in a great location, which are the main requirements! The house was beautiful! One note- it's not equipped to really cook at home. There is cookware but no food at all (salt & pepper, oil, etc) Also, other than the shuffleboard and video game console, there are no real games and the puzzles were missing pieces. Not a complaint, as we didn't really spend much time at home but wanted to note for the next guest so they know to shop accordingly! We had a wonderful trip!!

The property has a slightly steep driveway with branches that hang into it which causes whips and scratches on the vehicles when entering and exiting. The stove wasn’t cleaned and the floors had dirt on them. The porch had multiple nails sticking up and the front porch bottom step is rotted and gives in upon stepping. We had no hot water the entire first night called multiple times to reach someone with no answers or responses. Stayed up until 4am trying to fix it ourselves. Than the second night got multiple phone calls at 2-4 am from the site we booked with so didn’t get any sleep the first 2 nights out of the 3 we were there.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced during your stay and appreciate you taking the time to share them. Regarding the hot water, we did receive your calls overnight at 1:47am and 2:20am along with a voicemail. Our team returned your call at 8:35am, prior to office hours, and followed up again at 11:11am. During that conversation, we were advised that a member of your party had located a valve that had been turned off on the water heater and that the issue was resolved. We do want to note that the additional maintenance and cleanliness concerns mentioned were not reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware at the time, we would have addressed those items promptly. As for the late-night calls mentioned on the second night, we have no record of any calls being made from our office during that time. Those would have been generated through the third-party booking platform, which is outside of our control, though we understand how disruptive that must have been. We’re very sorry for the inconveniences you encountered and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.

Location of Cabin great for getting into Pigeon Forge, 10 minutes from Dollywood. Hot tub was great and loved having a fire when we got back from visiting places. Very clean and comfy. Lots to see and do in the area.

It was tthe perfect location and was just right for the 8 of us. The boys had a nice outside play area and with 3 floors everyone had their own space. We had no issues and cabin was clean and well stocked. Close to parkway yet we felt like we were secluded. Would definitely stay again.
