Located on the bricks in historic downtown Fairbury! The Townsend is a full suite with kitchen, onsite free laundry, free Wi-Fi, full bath, spacious living room, and comfy queen size bed in each bedroom. Conveniently located next to several restaurants, movie theatre, boutiques, specialty shops, and coffee shop. Fairbury is surrounded by incredible parks, bike and walking trails, and unique outdoor and historical adventures!

Townsend is located right atop the stairs if you enter the west entrance, and turn left and its the 2nd door on your left. The entry door has the On The Bricks logo on the window so its super easy to find!

Free on the street parking. I suggest parking on E street and using the west entrance.

Historic downtown district is very charming with alot of dining and shopping, and coffee all within a quick walk.

There was plenty of space to move around. The USB ports next to the bed were a nice touch. Thank you for having us!

So generous!!

I was traveling with my grandmother to visit family in various states out west. One stop was Fairbury. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It was clean, beautifully vintage and spacious! Not to mention the price point was incredible! I was worried about getting in early and not having a place for my grandmother to rest after our long drive that day. But I was assured that if we arrived early, as there was no one in the room prior, we would be able to check-in early with no problems at all!!!! I can't thank our hosts enough!! Will come stay again at our next visit!

Location

For the size and location, price was reasonable. Wish beds were a bit bigger. Mattress pads stained when we removed sheets to leave. Quiet. Safe. Clean.

We love spending time with our family when we aren't working on properties. Fishing and any outdoor activities, reading, and watching sports.

The opportunity to bring great short term rentals as well as develop a premier event venue was something our community desperately needed!
