Direct Oceanfront Condo with Breathtaking Views!!!!

Only one housekeeper cleans the unit, managed by the owner. The unit is not too high and not too low. Purchased, furnished, and maintained with Love, so you can enjoy your vacation without the headache of ownership. We believe in constantly upgrading the unit to hopefully maintain 5-star reviews. Games, cards, etc. can be found on the sofa table in the living room. In the master bathroom closet, you will find surfboards, toys for sand play, a blanket, and a beach chair. Umbrellas and chairs can be rented from the beach area during the busy season, BUT the umbrella and 2 chairs are $45 a day. To save you money I purchased an umbrella and chairs from Walmart so you can lay by the sun, sand, and water for no extra charge. PLEASE remember to bring all items back to the condo for others to use. All spices are in the cabinet if you would like to use them. I am constantly upgrading the unit so any suggestions would be appreciated. No need to worry about HVAC failures a new 2-ton has been installed in January 2023. Remember to close the patio door when the system is running because if doors are open the unit will shut down. Please do not bring the cart in the unit while unloading and loading from the hallway. Prior to leaving turn off all fans and lights and follow check out list posted on the refrigerator. Thanks for your future booking!
