Situé au 5ème étage avec ascenseur, l'appartement donne sur la rue des opéras et à l'arrière sur une cour calme, il est donc au milieu du centre-ville animé de Vienne.

À 30 ans. Septembre 1791 fut la première de l'opéra "La Flûte enchantée" de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart à cet endroit.

Il y a un salon séparé, une deuxième chambre à coucher, une salle à manger avec une table à manger et séparent également la cuisine et une porte de sécurité. La cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et four vous donnera la possibilité de cuisiner pendant votre séjour.

Le centre-ville historique de Vienne et les sites les plus célèbres sont accessibles à pied.
L'appartement est situé dans le 4ème arrondissement à la frontière du premier arrondissement près de l'opéra et de la Karlsplatz. Cette zone est absolument sûre et célèbre pour de nombreuses galeries d'art contemporain. Beaucoup de cafés et restaurants sont dans ce domaine.

Property was ideal for our family of 5. Location is very convenient to many popular places to visit. Eva and Friends were very proactive communicating about our trip offering suggestions for things to see and do. The mobile internet device was a pleasant bonus.

Smooth check in and check out. Apartment was clean. It was quite hot in Vienna and there was no air conditioning but there were three floor fans in the apartment that made the heat bearable.

This property was in a great location, very roomy and comfortable. The description and photographs accurately portrayed the property. The host was very responsive to our questions. They provided a list of recommended places to eat at various price points within easy access of the property. We tried many of them and they were all excellent. Vienna is a truly enchanting place with so much to see and do. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

This apartment was fantastic and the owners went above and beyond to make sure that their guests are taken care of. They provided European to North American power adapters and a portable wifi hotspot. The apartment was clean, quiet, and within walking distance to all the major attractions.I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time in Vienna and this apartment was very convenient to see everything in Vienna. Very close to the subway and allowed for easy access to all the city sights as well as the main train station. Lots of good food and shops within walking distance along with grocery stores. Really enjoyed our time there!

Everything about the apartment was great. A bit funky with the toilet being completely separate from the bathroom. However, the biggest complaint was that the WIFI was horrible. I had several business meetings over zoom and the WiFi lagged and I couldn’t go have the meetings. For the amount of money paid for the apartment the WiFi should be much better.

Great value & location in Vienna

Great value and location in Vienna. Slept 5 adults comfortably. Very clean apartment, highly functional with coffee maker and kitchen basics. On 5th floor, but there is a lift! :-) Watch outs: only fans, no air-conditioner (summer can be hot), and on a noisy street (a problem when windows need to be open at night). Otherwise very good.

Potential, poorly managed

Property has potential and is relatively spacious…not well kept/managed. Communication - messages not responded to, calls to “contact host” number are met with “wrong number, try this number” reply.Cleanliness - floors very dirty, bathroom walls moldy, sofa is beyond disgusting. Pictures - quite dated based on condition.of property. Description- no onsite parking, no dryer, washing machine spin cycle does not work…must wring clothes out by hand.

WiFi Issues

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. However, we had difficulties with the wifi and the property manager's response was that the wifi worked 100% of the time. When I responded that it was not working I received an instruction booklet on how it should be fixed. I've stayed in many rented units and have never had such poor, impersonal response. Lack of internet put a damper on the experience.

Spacious apartment conveniently located

We were met for check-in which was nice especially taking into account that our flight was delayed. The place was very clean and spacious. Very conveniently located - could walk easily to public transportation, the Opera House and other sites, restaurants and especially convenient to get to the outdoor naschmarkt for fresh fruit, cheese and pastries. The front bedroom, which was on the main road, is a little loud with traffic when the windows were open. The back bedroom was very quiet. We were there when it was in the high 80's each day and the apartment stayed cool with the windows open and the fans on at night. The toilet was located in a small room by the front door, assuming was a closet at one time, which was a little odd as you had to leave that and walk to the bathroom to wash your hands. But that was a minor inconvenience and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna.

Large, attractive, rental, wonderful location

Larger more spacious place than can be imagined from pictures. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Location is wonderful, great eats and attractions are an easy walk from the front door. Be aware it lacks for some perhaps expected amenities, we had to buy our own, paper product, Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, and we where not given enough toilet paper for our stay and had to buy some. The kitchen is under equipped as well. First vacation rental where we had to buy our own salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, cooking oil…, no foodstuffs supplies whatsoever where there when we arrived. Luckily an abundance of well supplied Billa grocery stores are with in a lock and a half walk. The bathroom needs a new shower curtain, sans mold and the grout needs a thorough cleaning to remove the mold. Pluses and minuses. First the pluses, good location walking distace to much of city center. The apartment was large and had elevator access. The beds were fine. Now the minuses. The listing is misleading, 'parking' means down the street parking garage 4.70 Euros per hour. WiFi means a wallet-sized Hauwei mobile link that never worked for any of our iPhones, and their back-up remote WiFi was in and out so no streaming or browsing. No television either. "Dryer" means a wire rack and a fan, so wet laundry. The bowl peeking from behind the washer is not a toilet, is a bidet. The toilet is in a (1) meter X (1) meter closet across the foyer next to the front door. Only (1) bath towel per guest for our (5) night stay. All of the flooring is old, scratched and uncared for. Our contact person (not the Host) when called about the dryer and WiFi told us we had to message the Host directly through VRBO, it was not her responsibility. She became defensive and hostile when I reminded her that it was her job, wasn't it? The Host returned our messages politely, saying basically it is what it is.
