Newly renovated kitchen and all new furnishings throughout make this charming and cozy 2 bed and 2 bathroom home on a quiet street the perfect vacation.

After a day on the water, stream your favorite shows or movies on any of the three large screens or listen to music or podcasts on the Sonos One.

The master bedroom has french doors leading to the pool / lanai with a barbecue grill and seating around the pool and dining area. Beaches and restaurants are all minutes away.

Loved the place at Marco Island it was a very convenient location. Nice clean place with a nice heated pool. we really enjoyed our time there and will maybe get back there someday. The owner was easy to work with and great communication!

The home is located in a nice community and our host was very accommodating. The pool heater stopped working during our stay, and Dave replaced it quickly.

Dave is extremely attentive to his guests. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and he was very welcoming. The location was fantastic and close to everything we needed and wanted to do. And the property is very well maintained. We will definitely book again when we go back to Marco Island!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

Our stay was great! The house had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach and all the local restaurants. We truly enjoyed staying here. The host was very attentive, always available, and made sure we could reach out if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful property. The location was great, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was very nice and the outdoor space/pool was perfect. This was one of the best places we’ve had and would love to stay again if it ever works out.

Beautiful remolded home ! We enjoyed the house very much making our stay in Marco fantastic. We felt right at home enjoying the docks and pool. Loved the location making it easy to explore the island. The home owner was very responsive and kind, we will certainly stay at the house again!

Great house, and owner is super nice

The house is all you could ask for, has a pool, has a dock to fish off of if you want, can rent a golf cart and cruise around. Very relaxing area. David the owner was always a quick to respond and really nice.

Fantastic!

We just left and this property is fantastic! They owners were very communicative and great to deal with. We dealt with some remnants of hurricane Helene and they were so responsive and helpful. We loved staying there and would absolutely come back! The pool was great and the views were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking on Marco Island!

Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience. The property was exactly as listed, the owner was easily accessible, had detailed instructions and he was responsive to my questions. The neighborhood was quiet, the entire property was well maintained and the checkin process was simple.

Beautiful stay on Marco Island

We had a great vacation! The house was perfect for our family of four. We stayed mid-March and were able to use the pool everyday, because it gets the afternoon sun. We saw dolphins and plenty of waterfowl right off the dock. About a 10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, and public beach access. We would definitely consider staying here again!
