On a quiet neighborhood street while being a block away from 15th St and the vibrant neighborhood of Capitol Hill, this home is the perfect spot to stay for your Seattle visit! Walk score of 98, you are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and multiple public transit options including the light rail (7 min walk away). 2 bed/bath on separate levels for privacy, and you get your own private roof top patio with views of downtown, the Space Needle, and Puget Sound.
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1120 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no steps at the entrance, and is part of a gated townhome complex.

The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
âą This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
âą Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.
