Emplacement parfait! 98 score de marche. Le quartier le plus ancien et le plus chaud de Seattle. East Mercer à 10th Ave East. Appartement rez de chaussée à seulement quatre pâtés de maisons de la station de train léger de Capitol Hill (3,50 $ de / vers l'aéroport), tramway, meilleurs restaurants, cafés et bars et Volunteer Park. South Lake Union juste en bas de la colline. Fred Hutch, les hôpitaux, Kenmore Air et Space Needle et MoPop en quelques minutes. Voiture de rue à Seattle University ou International District. Voiture? Vous n'en avez pas besoin, mais j'ai un parking privé dans la rue.

Superbe 1902 Dutch Colonial avec une sensation unique de style loft. Vous avez tout le rez de chaussée avec patio extérieur. Parfait pour deux couples, amis ou famille jusqu'à cinq. Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux lits queen de haute qualité avec leur propre salle de bain (une avec une douche pour deux personnes, l’autre avec une douche / baignoire) et des toilettes à faible débit Euro Duravit. Les lits sont dotés de couettes en duvet de qualité hôtelière fabriquées localement avec des protecteurs contre les allergies sur les matelas et les oreillers et des draps en microfibre douce. Canapé extra-long dans le salon dort un cinquième invité. Nous avons un Pac-n-play pour les nourrissons / enfants en bas âge.

Incroyable cuisine ensoleillée avec cuisinière à gaz haut de gamme, évier de ferme, réfrigérateur intégré en acier inoxydable et immense îlot en chêne. Ma femme est une étonnante cuisinière française, donc la cuisine est bien équipée. Salon a 50 "4K UHD TV avec tous les services de streaming et une cheminée à gaz. Le chauffage central à air pulsé et la zone AC permettent de garder les choses à la bonne température. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Les serrures codées sur les deux portes ne permettent pas de ramasser ou de retourner les clés.

Idéal pour les séjours d’affaires et d’entreprise, les événements ou les visites touristiques, pour rendre visite à des parents ou pour écouter de la musique ou écouter du sport. Le tramway dessert directement les stades (à 12 minutes) et l'Université de Washington (à 5 minutes). Je sais que vous allez aimer cet espace. Son confort douillet est difficile à battre.

We loved this property! The beds were so comfy, the kitchen and living spaces were spacious and comfortable. Our host Mike was wonderful, welcoming and very informative. The lights and music were on when we arrived, after dark. The property has a nice deck with patio furniture and is very private. There are many eateries and coffee shops within a block’s walk. Downtown Seattle is a short drive away. 2 nights is all we had and it was not long enough! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This rental was perfect. Great location to Broadway, light rail access, and a quick walk to downtown, monorail, Seattle Center and more. Super quiet, clean and well equipped. This will be my go to place to stay in Seattle if its availble for future visits. Highly recommmend.

This was a perfect spot for me…. the location (we could walk down to Pike’s Market, and to a great bar with live music (The Triple Door), and to The Nest (another great bar to go to to see the sunset). We did take a Lyft back, but was a short ride.The kitchen was gorgeous (and so well equipped!)!Hosts were very helpful and kindQuiet neighborhood and comfy beds.Off street parking was a plus too.A really great find - highly recommend. Thank you to Kathleen and Mike for a truly lovely place to stay!

Great location, convenient for places to eat, food shopping and transport links. It is a family friendly apartment with off road parking should you need it. The host was great, really friendly and helpful. We feel everything we needed was catered for. Had a great time.

This was our second stay at One Block Off Broadway, and it did not disappoint! The home was more beautiful than we remembered. And Mike had installed central AC, which came in handy on a surprise 80 degree day. The home cooled down very quickly. As usual, Mike and Kathleen were very welcoming and helpful. They have stocked this VRBO with anything you might need (from spices and coffee to walking sticks and a yoga mat). We love being so close to restaurants and the grocery store. This is a very walkable neighborhood, with beautiful homes and landscaping. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

This rental was absolutely lovely. The two bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and clean. The place was spacious and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook with. The owners thought of everything for everyone and were easy to contact and ask questions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Great location in Capitol Hill. Walkable neighborhood, only a few blocks to mass transit, great restaurants, nearby grocery. Very attentive and responsive hosts. Great property - lots of natural light, well appointed kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, comfortable beds. One of our favorite VRBO properties. Highly recommend!

Fully Equipped and Beautiful

The unit was easy to find, spotless, and beautiful. It has everything you need, and the kitchen is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee surrounded by all of the windows. The hosts are very informative and kind. I will definitely be looking for this place again if I need to stay in the Seattle area.

I personally manage the property to a very high standard. No management company involved.
I bought my house in 2002. It's a 1901 Dutch Colonial that was completely remodeled in the 1980s and 2012 to make it into two terrific living spaces.
I live upstairs with my lovely wife, a French trained chef and best-selling author. I'm a tech guy who studied architecture so I've also put my own stamp on this home, too. Most notably, I remodeled the downstairs apartment, moving the kitchen into what was a barely used conservatory. I completely rebuilt it, installing high-end skylights, solid wood custom cabinetry, kitchen island and even a gas stove.

It sits at the edge of the most vibrant urban neighborhood in Seattle and is just a 6 minute walk to Capitol Hill Station. You can catch the 1 line north and south or the 2 line across Lake Washington to Bellevue and Redmond. The ability to walk to literally over a dozen restaurants, bars and coffeehouses was what attracted me to this house. I had lived in London just before purchasing it. The home has five garages in what used to be a 1900's carriage house for horses in the back. So I provide free off-street parking, a rarity in this pedestrian centric neighborhood.
