Lake Chelan Waterfront Resort Home- Pool, Boat -STR-0290

Peterson's Waterfront Resort - Large 3 story townhouse with 2 car garage & boat/RV garage on the first level. This beautiful prime resort has 400' of waterfront with boat dock, buoys, swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, & hot tub. All amenities at no cost (subject to availability and charge if decided by the resort management).
NOTE: There are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 adults. In addition there is an Airbed, Futon and large Sofa to accommodate rest (Additional fee will apply). Two Master Suites ensure comfort and luxury. One of the master bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub. A balcony off each Master Suite compliments the spacious deck by the living area. The guest room & bath are on the second level and the second Master Suite is on the third level along with a large loft with reading and TV viewing area. TV's available in every rooms along with large closets. Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gas grill on the deck completes the gourmet kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sitting area and dining area. All the luxury of a detached home with and just a few minutes walk to downtown Chelan's famous restaurants, bars & shopping. We have a Ring doorbell camera, a driveway camera and a camera pointing at our boat in the oversized garage that is off limits to guests.
DEPOSIT: We collect $500 refundable deposit prior to check in. This is fully refundable as long as all the rules and policies are followed.
PET FEE: We collect a $150 non refundable fee from guests prior to check in. Pets require owner approval. Pets Limit one (1) dog per unit and no more than 30 pounds. Dogs are not allowed at any time, for any reason, on the lakeside of the property, tennis courts, volleyball courts and Club House. They must be on a leash when entering or leaving the parking lot and must go directly to their unit or vehicle. Dogs must use designated “relief area” located between tennis court and road. Poop bags are provided. You must pick up after your dog. No excessive barking or annoyance. Dogs cannot be left unattended in a vehicle.
Please note you have to check in with the Frontdesk located on the downstream side of the lake (30 second walk from the unit). You'll have access the whole condo of course. As well as all the amenities PWF Resort has to offer. Pool, Hot Tub, Sand Volleyball Court, Tennis Court & Basketball Court. There are also docks & buoys available, first come first serve. The PWF staff is available to help with all of your needs. Friday Check-in time is 5:30 PM since its the busiest check in day.
Wristband Procedure: Upon check-in, wristbands will be given out based on the number of individuals occupying the unit. At no time shall the number of wristbands exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit. If a wristband is lost the replacement fee is $25.00. If a wristband is damaged and a guest brings it in, the wristband can be exchanged.
