This desert retreat ensures the ideal balance of comfort and convenience. Heated pool available for $70/day upon request. Jungle Gym is no longer there.

We are more than happy to hear the pool upon request, to offset the cost of gas we do charge a 65$/day fee for heating. For longer stays we will just charge a affordable flat rate

This home is beautiful and spacious, enough room for our large group in town for football. Lots of things for kids, and grown ups, to do inside and out. Pool is large and clean. Kitchen is large and open for easy socializing while preparing meals. The hosts are very communicative, helpful and responsive. We will look to stay here first before other places for future Phoenix trips.

Not at all what I expected.

Neighborhood is decent with easy access to the freeway. We were 4 older adults on a golf trip. Issues we experienced: 1) we contacted the owner about 2 partial rolls of TP for 3 bathrooms and a bedroom light/fans switch that didn’t work. Said he would get back to us but never did. Obviously we went and bought our own TP after 24 hours of no resolution. 2) Says it sleep 10 but there were 6 towels in the whole place. 3) No common amenities you expect in a VRBO like salt, pepper,coffee etc. 4) the pool is an electrical hazard. There are lights strung over that some kid or teen is going hit and get electrocuted when the line falls in the pool. 5) I was told after we the cancellation period that the pool heater charge was 30 a night more because a new heater was. Installed. 6) the pool table has two cues both with broken tips. I would not recommend This place without multiple improvements

Roomy, clean and comfortable

The place worked out great for us. Fifteen minutes from the airport and twenty minutes to Barrett-Jackson which is what we were here for. Nice setting. Although we didn't use pool area looks fun. Some minor maintenance needed but didn't affect our stay.

Ok for the price, but wouldn't stay again

Chris never responded to my message shortly after we checked in asking for more bedding and clarity on the number of beds. We had to purchase more bedding since the beds were not properly made (sheets plus blankets). We finally found the second double bed in the bunk bed room. The mattress for the second bed was placed on top of the other double bed. But neither had flat sheets and there was only one comforter for the two double beds. The bedding in the bedroom off of the kitchen was dirty. The toilet in the ensuite off of the king bedroom was not secured to the floor, and the shower would leak onto the floor.

This property was beautiful and we had a great time. Chris was very helpful with everything. Definitely would love to repeat this vacation.

Awesome

The place was clean and the living area was so open it made my stay so nice when my grandchildren came and family for everyone to enjoy eachother with out being crowded in one room. The back yard and pool are amazing. Beds were all very comfortable. All in all I rate this stay a 10 plus and will be asking to book again. Hopefully for Easter.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall very clean and nice place to stay. I rated cleanliness down because outside around the pool there were candy wrappers and other small garbage that was missed by cleaner. The owner was very responsive. Great place to stay.

Fantastic option!

Nothing but positive comments on this place and the owner. Everything was clean, everything functioned as needed, and the owner was responsive to questions throughout the process and our stay. Will definitely consider this place again for future visits to Phoenix!
