Welcome to our beautiful Tempe home, located just a stone's throw away from the Suns arena. This is your home away from home. Perfect for a family getaway, a friends trip, or business travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy the Arizona sun in poolside and a cozy fire pit at night perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars. *The pool can be heated for an additional charge, the fee must be paid prior to your stay and we need a minimum of a week notice if you want it heated. *

The home is just a short drive from the airport, ASU, and great local attractions, making our home the perfect base for your next trip to Tempe.

Our Tempe neighborhood is a vibrant and exciting area that's perfect for exploring all that Arizona has to offer. Here are just a few of the many local attractions that you won't want to miss:

-Arizona State University: ASU is just a 10 minute drive from our home and offers a beautiful campus, museums, and a variety of cultural events.

-Tempe Town Lake: A scenic lake that's perfect for a leisurely walk, jog, or bike ride. You can also rent kayaks, paddleboards, or boats for a fun day out on the water.

-Mill Avenue District: A bustling area with a variety of shops, restaurants, and nightlife options. You'll find everything from boutique shops to popular chains, and plenty of local bars and restaurants.

-Papago Park: A stunning desert park with hiking trails, picnic areas, and unique geological formations that are perfect for a day of exploring.

-Desert Botanical Garden: A beautiful garden that showcases the unique flora and fauna of the Arizona desert. You'll find a variety of exhibits, events, and educational programs for all ages.

Great Experience

Such a cute home! My friends and I stayed here for our spring break. The host was great at communicating and staying in touch with us! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean, big and we loved the fact that it was a saltwater pool. I highly recommend this property for a big group looking for a private, homey, and clean property.

This guest refused to leave upon agreed checkout date. They not only overstayed their welcome but still have not paid for those extra days. Additionally, they didn’t follow house rules, we’re destructive and the worst experience we have ever had hosting anyone. 0/10 recommend Kenzie and her family. I recommend avoiding hosting them at all costs, she caused so much stress wish we never hosted her.

We had a great time. Pool was great! House was clean. There were some little burrs that were inside, not sure where they kept tracking from. The place did not have a grill or shampoo and the cleaner did not leave enough toilet paper. However, when I contacted the owner she had some shipped over.

This home was comfortable! We had a good stay, it just was not all that was advertised. There was not a grill or spa whirlpool(hot tub). The backyard needed to be weeded. There was no beach towels for the pool. You need to pay additionally for heating the pool which was not noted on the website. The space was great for a group!

We never advertised a grill as we don’t have one.. and there is a basket full of pool towels by the sliding door? In the spring the weeds grow rapidly and we’ve been on top of it. And heating a pool of that size is costly and charging to heat is the norm in the Phoenix area.

Review

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately people prior to our stay ‘trashed the place’ and we had many outdoor chairs wobbly/broken. Outdoor area must have had shrubs with burs in them as we had to tread carefully as they were so painful to step (even in the carpet in the house). Check in and out instructions come hours before check in and out, which made it difficult while traveling via plane and having other family members arriving prior to us.

The backyard space is perfect for having a good time with friends and family, between the fire pit, pool and games available there is something for everyone to do. Additionally, the activities in the area are endless: Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Premium Outlets, Phoenix Art Museum, Horseback riding, Fishing, Kayaking, Golfland Sunsplash Amusement Park, hiking on the red mountains, Rolling Hills Golf Course, Parks, and so much more. The Phoenix Suns arena is only 16 minutes away! Arizona State University is 8 minutes away. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 12 minutes away. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay with us in Tempe, Arizona.
