Maximize your time on the mountain in this cozy condo! This vacation home boasts an awesome location near the base of Sugarbush Access Road. A short, 200-yard trek to the Mad River shuttle will have you up the hill to legendary skiing in no time! Take scenic walks along the trails and through nearby parks if you'd prefer a more mellow outing.
The well-appointed interior features recent updates including a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a plush leather sofa and recliners, and a wall-mounted smart TV. Enjoy apres ski snacks and beverages on the private deck. A gas/electric fireplace and baseboard heating keep the home warm and toasty through winter weather. Embrace the homey ambience with some board games before winding down in the bedroom for the night. Lie down comfortably on the bed while watching something on the TV before drifting off to sleep.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The best part of our stay was the proximity to the ski area. The condo is dated and dingy and in need of a good cleaning (especially kitchen and bathroom) and a paint job. The couch in the living room was quite uncomfortable. The bedroom has a couch stuffed between the foot of the bed and the wall that makes it difficult to sit on or maneuver around the room. Property manager did not reply to our messages until after we had checked out.

It is a first-floor unit. Close parking to enter unit. Less than 10 minute drive to Sugarbush. Or 2 minute walk to Shuttle Stop. Everything in kitchen was thought out. Down to the pen and paper to record anything you may have forgotten. Lovely fireplace, comfortable .

Great location for skiing Sugarbush
The location is excellent and overall the unit was comfortable. Unfortunately, the electronic lock didn't work and cell service was poor so getting in was a problem. I was told they would fix the lock but that never happened. The sofa in the bedroom makes getting to the dresser cumbersome, it would be nice if that wasn't there. Also, the bathroom door didn't close completely.

Great comfortable 1BR Condo in good location
The condo was great. Very comfortable and well equipped right down to the great spice shelf! Plenty of cooking utensils and other kitchen necessities.
Only negative was the fact the listing stated the unit had access to a community laundry room. It did jot. The door was locked the entire time and required a key to get in. The unit did not have a key. An email to VACASA went unresponded to. I spoke with a rep from VACASA who indicated that she would check and I never heard back. Only negative.

No blankets, broken table
Great spot, very clean, easy check in and out. Electricity went out in the middle of the night and there were no blankets. Also table leg was broken.
