À propos du quartier

Waldenbuch

6 Nights in Waldenbuch

This property was a great experience for my family. The owner maintains close communication if anything is needed, the property was very clean, and the space was large enough that my family of 4 could relax very comfortably. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment in a beautiful region of Germany

Our family stayed in this apartment for five days. It was nicely appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. The Familie Blum were gracious hosts. We also learned while there that a chocolate factory is in this town, so had a chance to visit the museum and buy some chocolate. Only frustration was that the wifi signal was sometimes weak. Would recommend this apartment if you are staying in the Stuttgart area.

Quiet Getaway

This property is a bit off the beaten path but close enough to Tuebingen and Stuttgart to where it won't matter. Very quite right at the edge of town. Very clean and well kept up. Nice backyard. Plenty of room for the five of us. Owners live right next door and were very friendly. We really enjoyed it. I would keep the blinds closed during the day upstairs as it can get quite warm in the summer.

Dear family, thanks a lot for your nice description of our apartment! We loved to have you here in Waldenbuch and would be happy to welcome you again on your visit in Germany! As you have mentioned, the summer in the south of Germany could be warm, especially in July and August. But it is seldom over 30 degree. For this case, we have blinds and huge roof windows, which can be opened wide by our guests all night. 😊 We also offer ventilators for those guests who prefer a kind of artificial wind in the rooms upstairs. We don't have installed air conditioning - because it needs a lot of energy and damages the environment. At least we have the forest close to the house, which also makes sure that the temperature is cooling down at night. Looking forward to seeing you again! All the best Gaby

Very positive

This charming apartment had all the amenities you could want for a short stay in the sleepy hamlet of Waldenbuch. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The proprietor ensured we were welcome and offered to address any issues should they arise. No issues with this stay. Christopher Blum and his wife put forth great effort in the form of communication and a welcoming environment from the front porch to the complimentary bottle of wine. Thank you a wonderful stay.

Bücher, CDs, DVDs, Spiele, man könnte grillen. Wir haben allerdings die Umgebung erkundet: Ulm, Blaubeuren, Bad Uracher Wasserfälle, Mercedes Museum, Tübingen... Absolute Empfehlung!

Great stay

We stayed for working purpose. So we mainly appreciated very well equipped kitchen, theres everything you can need. Even mixer :) Appartment was very clean and nicely furnitured, very cosy there. Only issue we had, was that we had to restart repeater (on refridgerator) as internet was dropping a lot. It was no big deal, so im typing this here just to let know if anyone is having the same issue. Score 12/10

Dear Vojtech, Thanks a lot for your nice feedback, we are happy that you enjoyed the stay! Unfortunately you didn't inform me about the thing with the internet - so I couldn't do anything for you in this case… . Normally people are happy with the internet - to make sure that everything works well we installed the extra repeater you have mentioned in the appartement- In fact, sometimes our internet provider has got problems itself and then the internet doesn't work properly. But this is seldom. Maybe we have to change the provider and then ask you specialized telecom-guys for support! ;.) Hope to see you again in Waldenbuch! Best regards Gaby
