Upscale in design and family-friendly in nature, this lovely condo is ready to welcome you to the ocean. Take in a wide, charming ocean view from the dining area or in the enclosed sitting area, perfect for reading or enjoying board games together. There's plenty of room to spread out, with a wide corner sofa in the living room perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool, and a ceiling fan is in every bedroom so you can fall asleep comfortably. Essential amenities include a private washer/dryer and a wonderful full kitchen, featuring all the kitchen equipment you need to cook meals to enjoy in the dining area or at the breakfast bar. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool during their stay, and the beach is just a short walk away. The only question is what to do first.

Better cleaning needed, tell guest toiletries like toilet paper are not provided before arrival, better communication from vacasa, refrigerator did not work for first 2 days and completely spoiled most of our food. Overall wouldn't stay again or recommend.

The place was wonderful have no complaints at all. It was a beautiful place if I had to change anything would be to have an open balcony but I loved how you had it. It was clean well furnished just a beautiful place. Didn’t have to wait for long on the elevator. I would stay here again.

Good place for the price

Overall this was a quiet place to stay for the price. The condo is on the beach and a short parking lot walk to 2 boardwalks to the beach, and there’s a pool right there as well. The facility is open to air, so as soon as you exit your condo you’re in the open air, but it’s covered from the top, so you won’t get rained on or anything! The view is “waterfront”- being you can see the ocean/jetty, the Bay Area by the bridge into Destin, and a pond. Not the usual beach view we’re used to, but still pretty! Also, the porch was closed in to make it a sunroom which was also different, but for the view not being beachfront, it worked!

Family Beach Vacation 2023 STL

We enjoyed the beautiful Destin beach at Jetty East, as expected! This was our 2nd time at the resort. Condo was very nice, however needs a new sofa for sure. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I recommend having a few beach towels provided in condo for renters. The sliding door handles to the sun room needs to be updated and they didn’t lock properly. Overall, it was nice accommodations, view was nice of the back jetty/east pass, and bathrooms were very clean and updated!

DONT BOOK WITH VACASA!

Room was ok. Definitely outdated. No balcony. Parking lot views. False advertising for the 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella (they didn’t exist) called customer service they offered some money back or reimbursement for renting 2 beach chairs and umbrella daily. We called and left multiple voicemails to customer service but they have ghosted us. Cleaning service wasn’t the best. We vacuumed the sand filled floors on day 2 (to be expected) and found a lot of sand under beds, chairs,& the couch. Also found a baby sock under the couch in the sunroom. Washer and dryer were very small & the washer was very loud. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall in the bathroom. We have booked with VRBO several times in the past and never had an issues, but not impressed with Vacasa. 10/10 wouldn’t stay here or book with them again

Ohio couple. No potholders,or dishrag and only 1 dish towel and the couch is broken down.

Over all we really enjoyed the unit and the complex amenities.

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were great, the bedskirts need a serious cleaning or replacement, the couch cushions also need replaced or stuffing replaced
