Enjoy a cozy mountain holiday with friends and family at the Mount Holly Ski House! Boasting easy access to world-class skiing at Okemo, Killington, Bromley, and Haystack, this three bedroom home provides a comfortable retreat for up to 10 guests (plus the family dogs!).

After a day of runs, cozy up in the great room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. Or, vibe out to your favorite tunes on the living room stereo while preparing apres ski drinks and snacks. The full-size kitchen also comes equipped for family meals, which can be enjoyed at the six-seater dining table.

There's tons to explore from the house, which can be directly accessed by V.A.S.T trails (Vermont Association of Snow Travelers). Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling are all popular pastimes to enjoy.

This is a multi-unit building with a long-term tenant in the unit on the backside of the building. This unit has a completely separate entrance and the tenant does not have access to the short-term rental unit.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
