Probably one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. This house is dialed in. Everything is thought of. We travelled to watch our son play at senior day for the Jayhawks so had 10 of his family including grandmas. Was plenty of room for all! Thank you for a great place to stay!

This was our second family gathering at this house. Everything was awesome. Plenty off room in the house but also a great yard for our Easter egg hunt. From the last report there were 2 eggs we never found.

Our stay was so much more than just a weekend trip. The house itself is lovely, but the host truly elevated the experience to a new level. The property was absolutely beautiful. It's a sprawling ranch with a basement. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and comfy spaces for them to be together too. We stayed in the winter and hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the gorgeous wooded grounds in better weather! Highly recommend!

The perfect house for our family Christmas celebration. The decorations, the setting, the views out the windows, the sunset view, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had 11 staying there and 5 more locals joining the celebration. Had plenty of room for everyone.

This home was an excellent place for two families attending a wedding. The home was very clean and had fruit, granola bars, and a wide variety of coffee flavors for breakfast. We enjoyed the private back patio also.

A Great Place

Everything down to the last detail was well thought out and the property was beautiful. Very cozy and a perfect little getaway without being to far from being able to run to the store if anything was forgotten.

Best stay ever!

Our hosts thought of absolutely everything. The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with toiletries, fresh fruit and wine, and was the perfect spot for our multi-generation family trip! Great location close to Lawrence and KU campus.

35th Annual End of the School Year Trip

Maybe the best VRBO I have ever booked. The house is comfortably big for a large group. We had 10 women. Everything was clean. The host went above and beyond to provide unexpected treats, coffee, fruit, win, snacks,etc. The outside decks and patios provided an accommodating place to enjoy the beautiful view. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

A Relaxing Retreat

Ashley and Brian are wonderful hosts. The setting is peaceful and relaxing with both great indoor and outdoor spaces. Being in the woods yet in close proximity to Lawrence is a bonus!
