This home was an excellent place for two families attending a wedding. The home was very clean and had fruit, granola bars, and a wide variety of coffee flavors for breakfast. We enjoyed the private back patio also.

We had a wonderful time at this clean, family, friendly, and spacious home. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet getaway or family get together. It had plenty of amenities and space. The house was immaculate!

Country Big-Gathering Perfection

The property was incredibly clean, spread out, immaculate and surrounded by a fence of trees. The owners had fruit waiting for us upon arrival and any questions we had, they responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives, crockpot, coffee maker (individual kcups and pot), blender, cups and dishes. There was a fully stocked coffee bar with snacks. The property is expansive and has a cozy for front porch sitting at night watching the fireflies or gathering in the back around tables to eat, visit or play games. The grill came in handy while prepping large meals. There were fans in each room in case we were too warm. The towels appeared to be fresh and new. The owners had towels and toiletries on each bed upon arrival. Our college son and his friends loved the ping pong table, fuze ball table and access to the Wii downstairs. They may have stayed up late utilizing the poker table as well. We chose this property because of the size and proximity to Lake Clinton. We trailered our boat up from Texas and reserved a slip in the marina for the week so we didn't have to navigate the driveway each day. I would highly recommend this for any gathering.

35th Annual End of the School Year Trip

Maybe the best VRBO I have ever booked. The house is comfortably big for a large group. We had 10 women. Everything was clean. The host went above and beyond to provide unexpected treats, coffee, fruit, win, snacks,etc. The outside decks and patios provided an accommodating place to enjoy the beautiful view. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Annual college friends Memorial Weekend

The house is fabulous! Not a detail missed (and I’m not exaggerating) ! Brian is a great guy. Ashley was out of town but wanted to tell her how impressed we were with her decorating! We stay in VRBO’s several times a year and this one takes top spot now! We had 7 adults and there was tons of space for us. If we go back to Lawrence we’ll definitely stay here again!

A Great Place

We had all the siblings and spouses in for the weekend and the Kansas Basketball game. The second year we stayed here. A great place!! Highly recommend!!!

High School friends ,Girls weekend

Everything about this VRBO was GREAT! We had 9 women and we all were very impressed. The sitting areas inside and out were perfect for large or small groups. The host was very helpful anytime I had a question . The place was very clean and updated. Wedding Weekend

Our son got married in the area. It was nice to be able to come back to a home that was relaxing each night. We also had all the groomsmen over for dinner two nights before the wedding and the property was perfect. They loved all there was to do (ping pong, air hockey, Wii, a big yard to play frisbee, etc) and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for all the guys.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

The home is everything you could want! They thought of all the little details to make our stay wonderful! The yard is amazing, the basement provided lots of entertainment for our family! The owners were available to answer questions quickly. The best rental house I've ever rented! Was a perfect place for our Daughter's graduation celebration. Wonderful memories made!

Weekend Trip

We took a weekend trip home to Kansas for my mother's 70th birthday. This house was the perfect spot right outside of Lawrence for our trip. The house was very clean and well set up for a weekend trip for the whole family. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The property owners actually live at the adjacent property, so response to any issue is quick. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Fantastic gathering place for families

I was visiting Lawrence with my wife for a bit of a reunion with friends from my college days at KU, and we decided to take advantage of the visit by meeting up with my sisters and their families. Ashley was very accommodating and great to work with. The house is simply fantastic. The listing said the house was recently renovated, but it completely blew me away. Everything was very well done, and the house has plenty of space for a large family. The rec room in the basement was spacious with a big tv and plenty of seating. The air hockey table and ping pong table in the garage was a huge hit as well. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the gas grill for grilling hamburgers and hot dogs. I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t regret it. We’re looking forward to our next opportunity to go to Lawrence. This property will be on the top of our list for places to stay.

Wedding stay

Loved the view and outdoor space. Plenty of room for group. A bit hard to understand floorplan and bedroom layout from photos. Had two questions for host but they were quickly resolved. Also the host allowed us an early check in which helped a lot. Would come back.

Best stay ever!

Our hosts thought of absolutely everything. The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with toiletries, fresh fruit and wine, and was the perfect spot for our multi-generation family trip! Great location close to Lawrence and KU campus.
