Beautiful newly renovated space adorned with a chandelier and high ceilings. Equipped with a private bathroom, a dedicated workspace, a loft area for sleeping as well as sleeping arrangements on the first floor. Newly built kitchenette available with microwave, electric induction stove, gas stove, and closets full of utensils and supplies for your use. Keurig and coffee/tea supplies also provided.
This guest suite is just a few mins away from the highway and is 10 minutes to the heart of downtown Stamford. You'll have your own space attached to the house with a separate entrance and 2-3 spots for parking space.

Great place to stay if traveling with family.

This property was well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything you would need during your stay. The owner was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if i came back to this area. Was outside of the very busy areas and quiet at night.

Really nice, relaxing property

Staying here was a pleasure. I was able to work in this serene setting. The host was super responsive. The place was comfortable. Everything was clean. A great place for me to sit and get some writing done.

Family Trip

We visited my daughter in Stamford and we rented this lovely Loft for the week. Everything what you needed was there and we highlx recommend this place. Also New York City was just a 45min trainride away. Nishath was just a nice host and always answered real quick.

Perfect for us.

The property was great as a hub for us as we explored Westchester County. Loved the location, it was super easy to find. Fit the 3 of us very comfortably. Host Nishath was super communicative and helpful. Lots of nice touches in the property, but we spent most of our time out. Nice smart TV was appreciated for winding down at night.

Perfect location to NYC

This place is amazing and served it's purpose for our family vacation. Fast and easy ride to the city. The property is beautiful and so well kept. The loft had everything we needed. They definitely thought of everything a guest would need to feel like home. Very clean and well kept. Stamford has a nice downtown area for walk, eating and shopping. I would definitely book another vacation with them.

Private and Comfortable

We loved our stay at this private, comfortable, and elegant little place! Away from the hustle n bustle, yet close to all! We ventured to and from NYC, downtown Stamford, Westchester County, etc with ease. Everything you need to feel at home is supplied. Nishath and Samina were easy to contact. They were the perfect hosts! Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet, but hopefully we will on our next visit! Yes, we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

North Stamford Gem

Perfect studio apt. with extra sleeping loft. Kitchen great for breakfasts or small meals. Bath with the kind of stall shower you would get on a cruise ship. Outdoor area to sit. Pond on property. Parking steps from the door. Host extremely thoughtful without being obtrusive. Air conditioned. Close to parkway & easy access to express rail to Manhattan or Amtrak northeast corridor trains. A true gem.

What was suppose to be a relaxing weekend

The owner of the property rushed our payment, and hounded me to give them payment even though we had days left. Then there was $80 charge which was an “insurance fee” but when we arrived, they had the nerve to write in the guest book “if you break it you buy it”. That could have been said nicer. Next, when we arrived there was trash and plaster boards in the the entrance of our door. When we got inside,my wife laid on the bed an instantly broke out in hives bc they use fabric softener for their linens. We had to wash all the linens so she wouldn’t break out in hives again. Then the 1st night we were there, they left a floodlight on at night which kept us awake all night. My wife contacted the owner and she said she would turn the light off. A few hours later she called to ask if she could come over to put curtains up while we were at dinner. When we got back from dinner, they used the plaster board that was outside to cover the windows, and it didn’t even cover them all the way and they still left the light on. On top of that, on Saturday morning, they had a lawn crew over at 7am to mow their grass. This was suppose to be a relaxing Mother’s Day trip for my wife, and to celebrate her graduating from college. We ended up more tired leaving, and my wife actually got sick and is still on antibiotics. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Weekend stay

There were 4 of us that stayed. 2 teens and 2 adults. The property was as described with lots of little extras in case you forgot anything. It was clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive (even though we didn’t need to contact them with any issues). I would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great Locale To Family

We were in town for a graduation party and we’re conveniently located to them. Great property and recommend to anyone visiting the Stamford area.
