Breathtaking views from every room in this two-story penthouse condo. Ski-in/ski out the front to Roughlock and Everkrisp makes this home ideal for skiers and hikers. The spacious dining and living area open to a deck with cozy furniture and electric heater. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, the table seats 8, extra seating at the breakfast bar. All bedrooms have private baths, making our home perfect for two families or a large group.

The space
There is also a hot tub on the property along with a ski locker with boot heaters and underground heated parking. Guests have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at The Ritz-Carlton. This home is conveniently located a few feet away from the ski run to The Ritz-Carlton.

Wonderful stay

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Settlers Lodge. It is always Great and never an issue. We can’t wait to return.

The owners sent us binoculars so we could see eagles, hawks, deer, hummingbirds from the deck!

Amazing property! Wonderful location! You will not be disappointed!

My family just spent a week in Beaver Creek at this fabulous condo. The location was amazing with a beautiful view. Lisa, the host, was so friendly and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to help us with grocery deliveries and car rental inquiries. The condo was very spacious and met all our needs. The three bedrooms upstairs had comfy beds and plenty of closet space. Each bathroom had plush towels and shampoo, conditioner and shower wash. The master downstairs was equally as nice. There is a room off the main den with a TV, a sectional and another bathroom. My kids loved being able to watch TV and play Wii. The condo was immaculate and very clean upon our arrival. The building itself was very well maintained. The lockers for ski gear were convenient and the ski in-ski out location could not be beat! We are already discussing our next trip! Thank you Lisa!
