Overall excellent. Location central to our activities in nearby towns - Murphy, Brasstown, NC and to golf resort nearby in Ga. One possible suggestions - a grab bar in the shower as shower floor is quite slipperly when wet.

Absolutely wonderful!

The location was perfect! Anotherwords we didn’t have to drive up a mountain to access the cabin. Only about 4 steps to carry our things in! That was a big plus! The cabin felt new! Was super clean!!! All the little touches, like Meyers hand soap in the bathroom. We will definitely book again with Yvonne! Hated to leave!!! 😀😀😀

This is one of the nicest and well appointed stays we’ve had in 10 years. Everything you could need was provided and provided in a first class way. Thank you for your attention to detail. Even the little things like toilet paper added to the night. I think owners under estimate how those little things can be the icing on top of the cake or the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Your home far exceeded our expectations and we’re already thinking about when we could make it back over here and stay for at least two nights and enjoy the casino.

Great Getaway!

Jospeh and Yvonne, were quick to answer any questions and helped us change dates of our stay without any issues. The cabin was just like the photos and description, spotless and cozy. Everything was perfectly clean and very well taken care of. The instructions about caring for the cabin and the kitchenware were helpful and clear. The wifi worked flawlessly and fast. The water pressure was amazing and hot on demand. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and the adjustable bed was super comfortable. Everything was comfortable! Sitting on the porch in the evening was a highlight. That is the cleanest porch I've ever seen in a woodland area! No bugs or spider webs at all! It was a nice quiet, secluded area, 10 mins from the lake and hiking, about 20 mins from downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return! There is so much to explore in the area. Thank you, Joseph and Yvonne!

Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful anniversary trip and really enjoyed our stay! Everything was so nice and immaculately clean. The cabin was beautiful with tasteful decor. We loved the front porch, the relaxing living room, and the luxurious, comfortable bed! It was so peaceful and quiet there. We will definitely be coming back!

The cabin was absolutely perfect! Incredibly clean, well furnished with everything needed for a great stay. Owners were very responsive and so pleasant to communicate with before, during & after the stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this is it! Even had 2 deer great me at the end of the driveway upon my arrival. Will definitely return and will recommend to my friends!

Although we have roots in central Florida, my wife and I have lived in North Georgia and Eastern Tennessee for nearly 20 years. We enjoy outdoor travel and world-wide adventure with home sharing services. We are proud to host our very own home in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina.

Unless desired, our interactions with guests is minimal. We are locals and do our best to respond immediately 24/7 to calls/text/messages.
