This is our personal vacation home, which we inherited from my Dad, our children's Granddaddy. We love that we get to tell you a little bit about the man Granddaddy was by sharing it with you.

Service Animals:

1. Service animals must be leashed or harnessed at all times on property, unless the handler’s disability physically prohibits them from holding a leash.
2. Service animals cannot be left unattended in the property for any length of time. They must remain with the handler 24/7 during the stay. We use outdoor cameras to verify the animal is never left unattended by the handler. If the animal is left unattended, the booking is immediately canceled with no refund.
3. Owners must clean up after the animal and dispose of feces in sealed plastic bags in the outdoor trash bin. Failure to properly clean up after animals will also result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refunds.

These rules are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Terms of Service with VRBO. There will be no negotiation, modifications, or exceptions granted to these rules. Continuing with booking constitutes a legally binding agreement to these rules.
