Just behind the living room is the large kitchen, which is fully stocked and newly updated with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and new granite countertops. There is plenty of room to cook for the whole family and still room to spare! Across from the kitchen sits the dining table, which features seating for six, and six additional bar seats at the kitchen island. Just beyond the kitchen, you will find the hallway to the powder room, and along the way there is a built-in desk that is perfect for working from home!

Through the living room, the main hallway will guide you to the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a cozy sectional king-sized bed along with closet space and a huge ensuite master bathroom, which features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and double vanity. Down the opposite hall, you will find the second bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The bonus room has a bunk bed and flat-screen TV, and the guest half bathroom sits right outside the door. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, ceiling fans, and flat-screen TVs.

Outside, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, a large screened-in porch, and a private pool to make your backyard oasis! The large pool is only a few steps away, and only a few feet away from the start of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course's 16th hole!
