Quaint modern condo in the heart of this little fishing village paradise. The condo was renovated in 2017 and then again after Hurricane Dorian so everything is nearly new. We got your off season stay right here for the same price and renting one room.

Wonderfull condo

Enjoyed condo ,verry clean,wonderful location ,coud use a bathroom downstairs, very comfortable beds,wonderful upstairs balcony off masterbedroom:) Cheers thanks for sharing your home.Will visit again:)

Thanks Joe. We debated the bathroom on the first floor as part of the hurricane rebuild. The sewage/septic situations on Ocracoke are challenging and adding a Bathroom was not as easy as stuffing a sink and toilet under the stairs. My grandmother is goi f to be 88. When she comes with us she won’t come downstairs when we are gone from the property during the day because she wants to be close to the bathroom so I get it. It’s our perfectly flawed little piece of paradise!

Great Location

Awesome condo located right in the middle of the village! Ocracoke Oyster Co across the street had great cocktails and the best oysters I've ever eaten. The lighthouse, Springer's Point trail, the Ocracoke Historical Society, the Village Craftsman, and other local shops and restaurants were all just a short walk away. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with a great porch and balcony. The kitchen and game cabinet were both well-stocked for nights in. Not sure we could have found a better place on Ocracoke!
