Enough room for the entire family or multiple families. This lakefront property is approximately 4,260 square feet with plenty of room throughout. Interior amenities include a hot tub, indoor bar, bumper pool table& stand-alone pool table, arcade machine, pinball, chess table, puzzle table, multiple rooms with televisions, and free wireless internet access.

There are also many outdoor amenities, including lake front access, with advance notice a boat house for your use when bringing your own boat, an oversized lower and upper deck, outdoor kitchen (complete with a charcoal grill, gas fire table, natural gas grill, and natural gas griddle w/air fryer). You are welcome to use the kayak and paddle board, float mat, and life jackets at the property during your stay. We also have cornhole game and a large connect four games for you to enjoy.

The Decatur area offers local restaurants (Including lakefront restaurants), Devon Lakeshore amphitheater, (devonamphitheater.com), Scovill zoo, an overlook Adventure Park completes with mini-golf, batting cages, rope course, and waterpark.
