Centrally located in Black Canyon City, this 1 bed unit is ideal for families seeking to explore the nearby natural attractions of desert life.
Recently remodeled condominiums with 1 two-bedroom unit and 2 one-bedroom units all available on VRBO. Each unit comes with one free, shaded parking spot.
This listing is for âUnit 2.â The 1 bedroom unit has a separate living room and joint kitchen dining room. The bedroom has a brand new king sized mattress and bedding with a dedicated mini split for A/C and heat that can be remotely controlled separate from the remainder of the condo. A door in the bedroom leads to an exterior, private patio with a small mosaic table for two. The living room furniture consists of a large, comfortable couch that also has a pull out bed capable of sleeping two adults. A separate recliner chair and wall mounted 55â TV is guaranteed to meet all comfort expectations. Control the climate inside the room with a remote mini split.
The bathroom is fully stocked and the tiled shower is supported by exterior tankless water heaters that provide endless hot water on demand.
A spacious kitchen with dining table setting seats up to 4 people. A gas stove and oven with large fridge allows guests to have endless cooking options.
Conveniently in the middle of town and 5 minutes from the I-17 freeway, families can easily take day trips north to the Grand Canyon or south to Scottsdaleâs golf courses and everywhere in between. Returning to a fully equipped and furnished condo allows families to choose to cook and relax while streaming TV on high speed internet.
A shared washer and dryer behind the building is available for all guests to use.

Additional parking on the property is available free of charge if guests have an extra vehicle or bringing a trailer. Guests have unrestricted access to the property. Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
Born and raised in Black Canyon City for about 20 years, this community holds a special place for me and my childhood. Most of my and my wife's family reside in this region of Arizona and is a community we visit multiple times a year. When I was able to acquire the capital, I knew I wanted to invest into fixing homes in my old community to revitalize portions of the neighborhood. Short-term renting became appealing to be able to bring travelers into this community to boost it economically while advertising it's rural charm and convenient travel location relative to Arizona's natural scenic treasures.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
This building used to be a barbershop that I visited as a child while the other portion the owner lived in. Over time the owner had passed away and the building became dilapidated. Eventually it foreclosed and I knew I wanted to invest capital into transform it from an eye sore to an attraction. We converted it into a triplex by creatively building walls inside and tapping into the solid infrastructure. My wife and I are very hands on with our projects, and are very proud of the blood and sweat we put into this project. We hope that you can enjoy this building as much as we do.
