Amenities include stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker (and backup large pot coffee maker), blender, mixer, baking utensils, and an ample supply of high quality dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, wi-fi, cable TV, and Smart TVs with voice remote in the living room and master bedroom. Beach towels are provided for days at the village pool or the beach. This home can also be supplied with a portable crib/playpen and high chair for families with very young children if requested in advance (no additional charge).

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a walk-in shower in the master bath. The guest room is a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and office with a desk, printer, and office supplies (pens, pencils, clips, etc.) There are also several board games and puzzles to enjoy.

Rentals are 21-days or longer with few exceptions. For long term rental of 30 days or more, the renter must be at least 55 years of age.
