This home is near downtown West Palm Beach, our new pergola and landscaped yard will awe you. Unwind by the large newly updated pool which has not been photographed yet. We have been changing artwork and furniture in between guests and will photograph when we have each room perfect :)

Spend the day by the heated private pool, then watch the color-changing pool light and hidden backyard accent lighting come on at night. There's a game room for family time, a grill for easy dinners outside, 3 AC systems to keep every room comfortable, and WiFi for staying connected. It sleeps 10+, and a Yale keypad makes check-in easy. It's also close to PBI airport. Monthly and weekly stays get discounted rates, so it works for snowbirds, remote workers, and families on a winter break. Welcome to our home in the quiet lakeside town of Lake Clarke Shores, a 5-minute walk to the public dock and kayak launch on Lake Clarke. Our property is a constantly evolving with guest comments and recommendations. It is very easy to get around from this particular property making it ideal for business travelers or those that love to explore and dont want to sit at a bunch of lights to get to the main roads. Lake Clarke Shores has its own police and fire department making it popular for families who enjoy our wonderful park, lakes, and monthly food truck events. The airport is less then 10 minutes away and the beach is 1 mile as the pelican flys. Our home makes it effortless to plan your perfect getaway. Our House: Step inside and be captivated by the airy ambiance, enhanced by vaulted ceilings that create an open and inviting atmosphere. The interior boasts modern updates and comforts, ensuring a relaxing stay for everyone. Our home offers a delightful blend of indoor and outdoor living. The custom pergola extends the living space outdoors, providing a shaded retreat with entertainment while you savor your al fresco dining or simply unwind while overlooking the beautifully updated pool and tropical resort style private landscaped yard. For those seeking entertainment, our updated game room with Big screen TV and Sonos system are sure to delight. While you watch your favorite game, movie or TV Show, you can also play a friendly or competitive game of pool on our full size pool table. Outside, a large newly updated pool beckons you to take a refreshing dip or just sit in on the sundeck and embrace the sunshine. With plenty of space to work on your tan, you'll find relaxation comes effortlessly. So whether you're seeking a serene escape or a gathering place for loved ones, our Coastal Pool House offers the perfect setting for your dream vacation near downtown and all that the Palm Beaches have to offer.

Guest access: Guests will have full access to the following areas: The entire interior of the Coastal Pool House, including the living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The backyard with the large pool, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The covered patio, featuring a newly built pergola, ideal for al fresco dining and outdoor gatherings. The game room, where guests can enjoy entertainment and friendly competitions. Areas off-limits to guests: Two storage closets designated for supplies, ensuring a well-maintained and organized space for your convenience.

Other details to note: Please observe the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to be respectful of our neighbors. Local code ordinance strictly enforces this quiet time. The maximum occupancy for the Coastal Pool House is 12 guests. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Please avoid exceeding this limit to ensure compliance with city ordinance. Pets are allowed with prior approval from the owner. An additional pet fee may apply. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance. Smoking is not permitted inside the Coastal Pool House. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts. We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained property. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining its condition during your stay. Guest(s) who violate the maximum occupancy or noise ordinance will be asked to leave immediately, forfeiting all funds.
