Enjoy your stay at this cozy one bedroom house located in Alturas! We strive to keep it in an immaculate state sot that everyone that stays has a quality experience!

This house has a comfy queen size bed with soft linens! We recently remodeled this house not too long ago.

This space is a little over 450 sq ft and accommodates 2 people.

AIR CONDITIONING:

We have a great working air conditioner in the bedroom. We also provide a tall fan that you can move around. The house is always fresh and cool in the summer.

HEATING:

For heating, we have 2 infrared heaters that keep the whole house warm during the winter days. (We can provide another infrared heater upon request).

KITCHEN:

Our kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It includes: A sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, eating utensils, cups and plates.

Alturas has a variety of eateries such as a Pizzeria, Thai, Chinese, Mexican and also American food that will keep you full and happy for the rest of the day!

AMENITIES:

Generous quantities of linens, comforters, blankets, soft high-quality towels.

FORGOT SOMETHING? NO WORRIES, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

We provide individually wrapped razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, makeup remover, toothbrushes, feminine products, laundry detergent, softening sheets and we also provide a hair dryer, curling iron, and hair straightener.

ENTERTAINMENT:

There is a 55” TV with Netflix and Hulu Included. Frontier Internet access. We also have a variety of board games for a memorable time!

LOCATION:

This Property is located in Town. It has a descent size front and back yard.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

We have a full size Samsung washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergents, softening sheets etc.

PARKING:

The House has a detached garage that is NOT included since it is being used as storage. Parking is available on the property!

SIGNS:

We have polite signs & instructions posted. Please note that these reminders/Signs are not intended to offend you.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guest can access the home with a private entrance and key box. We are ensuring that all the common-touching points are sanitized during the space’s cleaning process. Our standard check-in and out processes remain, with a key box programmed with a code that we will provide you prior to your arrival. This ensures that you will not have to be in physical contact with anyone for your check-in and out process!

SECURITY CAMERA:

This house is in a good neighborhood. We have very nice neighbors. We do have security cameras on the property for your peace of mind. Please so NOT adjust, remove, cover, or unplug the security cameras.

SMOKING:

NO Smoking or Vaping inside the house. You will be charged a $250 fee if you break this house rule. There is a cigarette butt receptacle located outside for you to use.

PETS:

NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. You will be charged a $120 fee per pet and asked to leave the house WITHOUT a refund if you break this rule.

GARBAGE:

If you are here for a longer stay, please place your garbage in the trash can that is located outside of the house. Trash is scheduled for pick up every Tuesday. Garbage bag must be in the trash can by 8am so waste management can pick up.
